Hi Drew on my xhaler If I hold the button down lightly I get less vapor than if I press it harder. When I press the button harder I can hear the sizzle louder and get more vapor is that normal?

If the button is still operating smoothly, you may need to clean/sand the contact point between the body and the button. If the button feels a little stiff, it may need to be cleaned/lubed.

Anyone have any suggestion to correct a sudden decrease of power? My xhaler all the sudden won't heat atomizers up very well. Previously I kept atomizers quite wet but it easily floods and takes a few seconds of holding down the button before heating up. Vapor is very light and unflavored :-( Before it was an instant heat up. I've tried multiple batteries and atomizers. I also cleaned up the connection inside with the black gunk. Still having the same issue. And of course it happens while I'm on a business trip.

It sounds like the button connection...Take the batteries out and be sure the Button and the contact on the side are very clean...The only other thing it could be is the batteries but you said you tried several sets...If you have a problem give us a call we can walk you through it....Thanks

Hey Drew,

I was trying to put an order through on your site and I noticed that you don't accept AMEX or paypal.

These are my only two options a majority of the time and I really wanted to get a HV 801 atty from you, along with 6 samples bottles. Any chance you'll be implementing these options anytime?

Also, wanted to ask if I could use the Kr808 passthrough with the 801 atty or would I have to get the 808 to 801 Adapter. I'm in need of one of these ASAP, considering that I have a home made USB passthrough where the switch is just two exposed twisty ties that I touch together, lol.

Hey Guys,
I am awaiting shipment on the 510 stuff much like all the other suppliers are low due to the CHinese New Year...Should have some soon though and sorry about the inconvenience...
The 801 will not work on the 808 without an adapter...I also wouldnt reccomend an 801HV atty on 5 volts becuase you would use these with 6 to 7 volts for optimum performance...Pay Pal suspended all US Ecig related sites a while back and we were one of them...There may still be a couple out there until they find out they are ecig related products...My site does not support the Amex option under the current settings and Im not sure ewhen it will...Thanks

Vitaliy-Get a green dot Visa card. You can pick them up at Rite Aid, Wal Mart and a few other places. It's a pay as you go credit card. That's what I do.
