Got my Xhaler yesterday.I had a few questions about the product and sent an email from their website.Within a few minutes I got a response from Drew himself.As for shipping, I received mine in 3 days.I consider that pretty damn quick coming from Jersey to Arizona.I ordered batteries and a charger from a different site based out of California on the same day I ordered from Drew.Shipping was free and had tracking.Four days later I'm still waiting for my batteries.So that's going to be 5 days from one state away and my xhaler got here in 3 from across the country.Bottom line, You get what you pay for.Nhaler.com is a great site and I will order from them in the future

Got my tekk mod back today. i appreciate you taking care of that for me and thanks for the juice sample, i just finished my 3ml signature octane that came with the phidias and was craving that flavor bad. got my phidias and xhaler this week too and im very pleased. thanks for the great customer service and products. you got my business from now on.

Decided this question would be more appropriate on this thread:

Quick question here on a Nhaler order I just received.

I ordered a LR 801 atomizer and a HV 801 atomizer.

There are two 801 atomizers in the package I received, but they have no markings or identifications on them.

One is Black and one is Silver.

How do I tell which is LR and which is HV?

Thanks for any assistance.

Hey,
Im sorry that would be our mistake for not marking them...I am pretty sure that the black one is the HV, but to be sure try them both at 3.7 volt and you will see a noticeable diiference and the LR will produce MUCH more vapor than the HV...Sorry

Black Cow is a Rootbeer Float with Chocolate I ce Cream....I geuss its a Jersey thing!!! I have been working on a 555 for a while and have even sent out samples of the Octane version but just cant seem to get it right...Im still working ion it though..
