A nice refinement is to add some argon gas to top off bottle before you close it to reduce oxidation. Wine afficianados do that. The gas is heavier than air so it creates a blanket of gas on top of the liquid and keeps the oxygen away. Aersol cans of the stuff for wine drinkers are available on amazon.
It could be good for wine, when bottle can be almost empty (read - full of air). For bottles filled almost to the top for long term storage it is waste of money.

Where can i buy 250ml and 125ml bottles with poli-cone caps for my Nic storage ( oz size bottkes) or are pierceable (sp) caps better?

Don't get pierce style caps for nic storage. For the sizes you listed (with poly caps), here's some ideas:

120ml Cobalt blue $1.15 ea; 120ml Cobalt Blue Glass Bottle
250ml Cobalt blue $2.75 ea; 250ml Cobalt Blue Glass Bottle

Or these:

4oz Amber pack of 6 for $10.99; http://www.amazon.com/AMBER-Boston-...71&sr=8-1&keywords=4oz+amber+bottle+poly+seal
8oz Amber case of 24 for $33.99; http://www.amazon.com/Amber-Boston-...d=1449116420&sr=8-1&keywords=8oz+amber+bottle

Wizard labs tops off their bottles of nic with argon. They seem to be a respected source for nic. A can of argon seems to be quite inexpensive.

I tried to find whether Wizard Labs do use argon, cannot find anything about it on their site. As far as I know only NudeNicotine uses argon. Good for marketing. Slightly better for nic storage (maybe too slightly). I just know that there is no place for Ar in bottles I filled. A few millimeters of the top - easily diturbed layer when corking. Most of Ar from a can will go away anyway. And I am not bothered with a few mm of air on the top of my bottles. Of course if you talk about bottle in use, when nic solution level is low, Ar can help, but its a different story.
