Guys and Gals, please remember that the mg rating on ciggies is the TAR amount, not the Nicotine amount. Most standard ciggies are around the the 16mg Nico level, its the tiny holes in the ciggie filter that change the nico level, so even if you smoke Lites or ultra lites if you had your mouth or fingers over the holes as you took a draw, you were getting the full 16 mg nico hit.

Thank the lords of vaping that i do not smoke anymore.. walked past a group of Darter's today and had a little bit of spew come into my mouth... and to think i used to smell like that...

It's taken me the best part of my lunch break to catch up with all this. You people talk far too much :p

Nilavap, I reckon you could be right tbh. Maybe I should order something with more nicotine for emergencies!
Counting down to pay day in Wednesday so I can put it another order with Clark :D

How's everyone doing today? ^_^

And just think...we are just getting started talking...only 8:30 am here! :p

I think a bottle of higher nic might be a real good idea! I resort to higher nic myself sometimes...like when I feel like pulling my hair out for one reason or another...furkids driving me batty, husband driving me batty, neighbors next door making tons of racket partying or something else...pms moodswings, woke up on the wrong side of the bed, etc., etc. Been many times when I've dug out a bottle of higher nic to help me cope.

I'm waiting on payday again too so I can order some more stuff from Clark. Need to restock some stuff and try new stuff.

Waiting on the mail today...should be getting the bottle of Or3o I ordered. Can't wait!!!! :p

Crabtree Brewing CO's Gingerbee...they are out of Greeley, CO and it is amazing!!! (sorry in advance if you become disowned... )

I looked it up....sounds yummy! This is the description I found:
*Brewed with Fresh Hand-Cut Ginger!
*60 lbs. of CO Orange Blossom Honey in every batch!

At Crabtree we're a hive of activity, creating great beers that are the bees knees! This light and crisp blonde ale is a balanced flavor of fresh cut Ginger and Orange Blossom Honey. Feel the buzz!

Where do I sign up :p Haven't seen it around here...(if I get disowned, I'll just be stuck here by myself and drink more!!!):D

Good morning Nicoticket fans. Hope everyone has a great vape day. Home today due to a kidney stone. Hazards of aging.

Sent from my KFTT using Tapatalk 2

I knew a woman who had a remedy that worked for her when she had a kidney stone. She got in a bathtub with water as warm as she could stand it and drank a beer or two. I haven't tried this to see if it works or not but she swore by it.

Sorry you are going through this!!:(

Morning everyone! broke my fast with some creme brûlée and coffee, breakfast of champions obviously. Beats my old standard of 3 pall malls and coffee breakfast. I can't see my own signature on tapa talk but I must be closing in on 2 months soon. Have a great day everyone!

Clark: your deadly sin should be arriving tomorrow I'm guessing. Took me a few extra days to get to the PO.

Protip for juice traders: get your bubble envelopes from Walmart. They cost 50 cents to the POs 1.50. It adds up if your going to do alot of mailing.

Morning!! Your breakfast sounds wonderful...most definitely the breakfast of champions! Your signature says "Smoke Free for 1 Month(s) 22 Day(s) and 07 Hour(s)...1066 cancer sticks avoided...$426.60 and 1 life, saved." Congratulations!!!!:toast:

I know that feeling...its like liquid gold you're losing and not eliquid  I treasure it and am thinking of buying a locking treasure box for mine... I don't wipe mine off with a paper towel either; I use a small hypo to suck it up and put back in the atty.
I must be the weird one.I lick up all my airhole messes.:p

Morning! Its 9 am here...sounds like you have a busy weekend ahead! Well, at least you'll have your CLS, H1N1, CB and BG to take along and keep you happy. Is that the same chainsaw you use to decapitate CLS thieves with?? Or was it just their hands you remove?

It is a stunning brew! I haven't been to the tasting room yet but hope to one day. I haven't been able to find it around here for a while but when I do I'm getting a couple cases

All of their beers are awesome! See if a local liquor store can get it ;)

I am not bashing MBV, as there is a few I will still order, but got to say, NT is going to be my main vendor, I had CB steeping with the tops off for 30 hours and damn this stuff just keeps getting better, just got to make the bottle last till end of next week.

I'm with you 100% man. I've tried a bunch of other vendors and few have had truly impressive flavors. But everything I've tasted from Nicoticket and Alice in Vapeland has been top notch and presented with outstanding customer service, so I'll stick with those two.

Trying to negotiate a forum on a phone is a pain, regardless of whether you use a browser, Tapatalk or whatever - I refuse to do it except in dire circumstances.

Interesting experiment today: I started out about 7 weeks ago with 18mg juices and ended up bouncing up to 24mg almost immediately to stave off the urges. I moved back down to 18mg a few weeks ago and have been pretty fine with it. With my last order from Clark, I decided to try 12 mg and see how it worked for me. Today was the first day of it - been vaping CB @ 12mg all day long, no urges/nic fits and I don't seem to be vaping any more than usual. I might try ONE bottle of 6mg with my next order and see whether my body short-circuits from it.

I've read some studies stating that it's not nicotine itself that's so addictive - it's nicotine combined with all the MAO Inhibitors found in cigarettes that is the "magic combo". I'm thinking maybe there's something to that.

I was shocked at how quickly I moved down in nic strength. I was a VERY heavy smoker. I still have a ton of 1.2 mg stuff but mostly vape .6 till about 4PM and then 0 till bedtime. I am sleeping much better and have NO cravings at all. Weird, but good.
Best,
Pat

nila, I have a nice stand up plastic drawer thing my hubby found for me at Target for $10 that I have yet to fill. I think it would be perfect though, I just haven't moved out of my first plastic tub. (Though quickly needing to...achem...)

And is the article online? I would love to read it! My MS is SO much better than when I was smoking but I have wondered about the nic and how it affects it.

ETA: And yeah 18 was WAY too much but the person I got advice from was a pack+ a day smoker who started at 24 so must have thought that would be low enough. certainly killed my cravings for nicotine!

I'm not sure what kind of an organizer I need...one to sit on the kitchen counter or one to put in a cabinet (I'd have to rearrange the cabinets if I go that route). I started out using plastic storage containers for food...but now there's no room left in them!

The article I read was in one of the fb groups and linked to an outside source which I shared but can't find on my over-crowded timeline, so I googled "The benefits of nicotine" and found some similar articles like the one here: Discovery Health "How can nicotine be good for me?", and in Wikipedia here Nicotine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I never knew there were benefits until I saw that article.

I'm not sure how nicotine effects MS but I'm sure it would. I found this: Nicotine might have a protective effect in the et... [Mult Scler. 2013] - PubMed - NCBI and this: Nicotine Effects

This is a nice set-up but not sure I have the cabinet space tbh. Too much stuff in them plus the shelves are pretty close together. I might be able to use this on the counter. Just have to make sure its pushed back far enough that Rocky can't reach anything. I'm paranoid almost about him being able to reach the nic. I think I'd worry too much. May have to just get a plastic tote and keep it in a locked room.
