I swung by earlier in the day and noticed that the old thread was locked - was hoping Clark would emerge from the ashes and start a new one! Catching up.....

...Anyway...I just vaped a whole tank of CB and even in just a week this juice has even gotten better. I know it was pre-steeped but there is something about it that is just keeps getting better and better. I need to look for bigger tanks, I'm sick of refilling! LOL

CB is craaaazy good stuff, isn't it? I've vaped a whole 4.5 ml tank of it since last night, getting ready to refill it again soon. Still diggin' it - it won't kick CLS out of my rotation, but it's definitely earned a seat right alongside it!

I thought the moderators would moderate if there was an issue, but I am mistaken - this thread is MY responsibility.

As much as I loved the mod-holders... gotta go (at least on ECF)

I do have a feeling that one or more of the "oxygen thieves" from the FB drama must have put a whinge post to a Mod, cause its funny that for days there was no issue about the "Mod holders" in that thread, but the very next day/few hours later after the FB BS, the ECF thread gets shut down... hummmmm I smell Tall Poppy Syndrome/payback from a shiller/astroturfer

I was thinking the exact same thing after reading about the FB drama in the other thread this morning. Sounds like somebody has an axe to grind. Pretty low conduct, if you ask me.

Gravity is a fruit vape that is supposed to be off the hook ( don't ask Tex, though ) I don't remember whats in it, sorry I can't help anymore.

IIRC, it's pomegranate, cranberry, tangerine and peach. I haven't tried my sampler of it yet - I've got two Igo-Ls arriving within the next couple days and I'm holding out on the Gravity until I can wrap a decent coil and get one of them up and running.

OMT is every bit as good as the bug juice. It just takes a bit longer to hit it's stride.

Now you're making me want to try OMT! I have no doubt it's great - every Nicoticket juice I've tried so far has been nothing short of awesome and orange/mango does sound like a nice, refreshing vape. I might as well just start signing my paycheck over to Clark and tell him to keep the juices coming until the money runs out!

...GCD I have heard is even better than MBV's (again its a steep thing). I'll be able to verify once my next order arrives

MBV's Cinnamon Roll used to be one of my favorite flavors. GCD knocked it right off the throne as soon as I tried it. Cinnamon Roll is good, but there's no comparison between it and GCD - regardless of the steep for either one of them. I have a bottle of Cinnamon Roll that has steeped for over a month and I'll put it up against GCD straight out of the mailbox any day - GCD is waaayyy better IMHO.

On a related note, a lot of MBV people rave about Sticky Bun and say it's even better than Cinnamon Roll. I ordered some and I don't know if I got a bad bottle or what, but it pretty much tasted like....nothing...to me. I let it steep for almost a month waiting for all the sticky, gooey goodness to arrive, but it never showed up. It still tastes like nothing, now it's just nothing with a bit of butter flavor to it. Definitely no competitor for GCD...or even for MBV's Cinnamon Roll, for that matter.

Trying to negotiate a forum on a phone is a pain, regardless of whether you use a browser, Tapatalk or whatever - I refuse to do it except in dire circumstances.

Interesting experiment today: I started out about 7 weeks ago with 18mg juices and ended up bouncing up to 24mg almost immediately to stave off the urges. I moved back down to 18mg a few weeks ago and have been pretty fine with it. With my last order from Clark, I decided to try 12 mg and see how it worked for me. Today was the first day of it - been vaping CB @ 12mg all day long, no urges/nic fits and I don't seem to be vaping any more than usual. I might try ONE bottle of 6mg with my next order and see whether my body short-circuits from it.

I've read some studies stating that it's not nicotine itself that's so addictive - it's nicotine combined with all the MAO Inhibitors found in cigarettes that is the "magic combo". I'm thinking maybe there's something to that.

Wow! I fell asleep and woke up hours later(been fighting a virus/cold) and found our thread closed!!! Husband came home from work and just let me sleep(he made a sandwich); I feel bad but guess body needed extra rest. Even my dogs just let me sleep which is unusual as they wake me up regularly when they want to go outside or just to be held/petted/given a snack. Now its going on midnight so guess who will probably be up all night....anyway, was reading the other thread and saw this:

SynthStars, I think 6mg isn't really enough nicotine. You are doing super-good...maybe even fantastic, for someone who is quitting smoking. I started with 36mg when I started vaping and gradually decreased to 6mg almost a year later. I wonder if 12mg would be too much tho? Maybe get with Clark and see if he could do a 10 mg mix for you. If you do keep a 12mg bottle of the good juice also, it would be like a safety-net for those times like today when you really needed the extra nic.

You have a lot more self-control and will-power than I do. I tried cutting down on the cigarettes I was smoking too. I ended up smoking more after that. I wound up going through 2 packs a day instead of a pack and a half. I just couldn't help myself. You have strong will-power so I know you will kick the cigs for good. I am concerned tho about the 6mg juice you are using and think it should be at least 8 or 10mg...for now at least. I believe Clark would work with you to gradually reduce this. I think its stressful on the body to cut down too fast. Stepping down a milligram or two at a time would be easier to adjust to. I'm curious on others' thoughts about this.

Set up the IGO-l with a 7/8 27 gauge and some silica .81 ohms

Drip some CLS it was OK

Tried CB same results

Panicing I grabbed a clean AGA-T with SS rope and a mesh wrap. .8 ohm

I have been using that AGA-T setup as a tester for new flavors or to check my DIY 1 drop will give me a few hits, enough to know if its good before I fill a genny up, and do a quick dry burn to clean off the AGA-T for the next flavor. IF you have an extra Genny I highly recommend this as it is the fastest way to test and switch flavors, I may try making a SS rope wick for one of my IGO's to use in this fashion, but I digress.

I drop 1 fatty drop of CLS on it-puff.....pufff..pufff

Wiping the sweat off my brow I let out a sigh of relief because this stuff i pretty dang good!

The vape is tasty but what really gets me is that lingering taste on the palate, it sneaks in about 2 seconds after the exhale it is unbelievably delicious!

I do think that the CLS and CB might benefit from a longer steep but I did fill that AGA-T up to the tippity top with CLS first.

Now onto Betelgeuse:

My AGA-t now full, I cleaned out the IGO and figured I would see what this was all about. It smelled great but I have had juice that smelled great but tasted like dung.

This is not one of those juices.

This is fantastic in the IGO-L like OMG I can't stop...like the gutter boys huffing on a gas can...this is GREAT.

I loved the suspense. You are correct, the date on the bottle is the date it is poured, not mixed. On average, the length of the steep does vary. CLS in 12mg can't stay in stock for 24 hours. I have to mix over 1000ml every day just to keep up with 1 flavor, 1 nic level. 6 and 18 are less often vaped, so sometimes the steep gets 3-5 days.

Creme Brulee is getting harder and harder to keep steeped - 18mg is the most popular for some reason, followed by 12. Getting a 6mg bottle pre-steeped is a breeze.

I think most people would agree that if you give CLS and CB time to turn a dark amber brown, you are doing yourself a favor. Both are plenty vapable fresh, and definitely vapable with a 2-5 day head-start on the steeping process... but I personally don't touch the stuff until it's been steeping a couple weeks. More and more people are puttint 100-200ml on the steep and have it in stock all the time - kinda depends how enthusiastic you are about a vanilla custard. LOL

Betelgeuse, or Beetlejuice, is an ADV for me. Love the stuff. Glad you dig it too m8!

It was related to the Mothers United Against Young Artists Whom Color on Packages. Gonna let that one die though - it was oversight on my part - I should know better than to let my kid color on your packages - that might cause you to beam when you receive your order, and the competition doesn't like that.

Creme Brulee is just bonkers good. It's going to go straight into the all-day-vape rotation, no two ways about it.

Betelgeuse is excellent, head and shoulders above most fruity vapes due to its balance and complexity -- it doesn't bash you over the head with any one flavor.

Thanks for the juice, Clark, and yep, it all got here completely, 100% intact.

(p.s. I did also get a sample of "Gravity" but I haven't tried it yet... what is it?)

I got 90ml from Kent and a 236ml of BluMoo today. Pretty sure I have over a gallon in the man cave and enough DIY to last the decade.

That being said I really want to try the grape ape, apple and cinnamon danish. I am trying my DIY cinnamon roll (FW) but its missing something and I can't tell what, it just tastes flat.

Looks nice and steeped. My juice isn't steeped at all when I get it. It's usually made the same day that Clark and I meet up. That's the only bad part about living in the same city as your juice guy I guess.

Speaking of which, beers and 80's/90's arcade games tomorrow night with Clark.
