I received a call from K3vin fromt VT to clarify about the nicotine, He is a good dude and knows his stuff.. I would gladly do business with VT again they have the best tasting nicotine in the business. And its not BROWN! I prefer nicotine with zero throat hit and nothing but smooth goodness so i will have to say VT is a go to supplier... Good job Kevin.. Keep up the Great work.

I bought some 100mg 250ml from hiliq, just to check it out, its a cheap option for people not living in USA, around $20 but with around $16 DHL fast shipping (still cheap if you live in Oz). I asked them online where they get their nic from and she basically said its in-house. Will have a look at it this weekend when I decant it into glass. Ordered Sunday arrived Wednesday, with some sort of wax or hot glue looking kind of stuff around the lid to ensure no leakage I guess. I would buy from VT except they don't ship overseas, and I bought some from Heartland but they didn't charge me shipping and I am reluctant to buy again in case they do the same again, the product is good IMO and clearer than RTS or Nicvape that I buy most of my supplies from, vape the same though. I couldn't smell anything bad from any of these suppliers' nic last time I decanted, YMMV.

I decided on trying the MFS 100% VG nicotine as the sale price is just too good to ignore. Throat hit is very important to me as it adds authenticity to the vaping experience with my tobacco recipes. I've heard great things about MFS regarding the TH thing.

The packaging was first class. the nicotine is very, very clear, with just a very slight tint to it. When I smell the straight nic, I pick up a slight scent of tobacco perhaps, but nothing else. No chemical smell or anything else that is off-putting. I made a batch of unflavored liquid: 45PG/45VG/10DW @ 16mg MFS nic to give my taste buds a break from flavors, and to taste this new nicotine. When mixed down, the liquid is absolutely clear.

Wow! this is great tasting nic. To me, I taste a slightly sweet, faint tobacco flavor and the throat hit is quite bold/pronounced and I also can feel the peppery sensation. :) -This is exactly what I was looking for in nicotine, with my dropping PG percentages lately. It has much more TH than the nic I bought last. And now I understand why some folks vape unflavored liquid. It is quite tasty! I think I'm gonna vape this for the rest of the evening! Glad to have all this nic in the freezer, too.

I highly recommend this nicotine, and I would not hesitate to buy it again at full price. If you like TH, buy it. You will not be disappointed.

Edit: Note how clear this nic is when the YELLOW label I removed does not diffuse yellow light into the bottle. :)

I went to a local B&M today with my grand daughter she had flooded her batt with juice and they said they would clean it out free lol. While I was there I got to BSing with 1 of the clerks and he told me he had tried WL and NN and VT, his opinion is that NN was the cleanest tasting out of the 3. As of this time I do not know my own opinion I will have to try the other 2 to know. NN does sell a 15ml sample for $2 with free shipping as long as you do not add anything else to your cart - so that 1 is on it's way. I can not find a sample size at WL so will call and ask them next month if they can rig me up 1. The first nic I tried was from Ecigexpress and that 1 was too peppery of that I am positive.:vapor:

Just adding my 2¢ FWIW (I guess about 2¢) -- I've been very happy with the nearly flavorless (just a hint of VG sweetness) and totally colorless nature of Nude Nicotine 100% VG unflavored nicotine liquid. Works very well for my purposes, which are to vape straight (clean and smooth with no "off" flavors or odd excessive TH), and to dilute the flavor of like-strength flavored liquid, as I've every flavored liquid I've tried has always been flavored too strongly for my taste. Sometimes I like them at first, but inevitably "burn out" on them. Much more palatable to me for a longer duration when diluted to 1/2 or 1/3 strength, while maintaining nicotine concentration.

In mid-August I ordered a liter of 100mg/ml Nicotine Base in Vegetable Glycerin. It arrived a few days later and was put in my freezer.

Yesterday, the Nic Base was taken from the freezer. After being allowed to rise to room temperature, the bottle was shaken and 120 ml poured off into a clear container.

The liquid is transparent, but with some coloration. It appears to have a pale gold color with perhaps a light touch of blush. The sniff test produced notes of light, but rich tobacco, a small bit of grass and what is likely alkaloid oder. There is a little bit of sweetness to the odor and a little tartness as well.

No vape taste test of the Nic only has been performed. I mixed two somewhat familiar blends, one containing two flavorings, the other four or five. Both were mixed to 18mg/ml and in general fall in the Tobacco Category. The flavorings amounted to 6% in one case and 20% in the 2nd. The rest of the mix is VG with 10% Pure Grain Alcohal and 5% Distilled Water. The taste is satisfactory and seems to be up to par with recent mixes...at least one of which has contained a premium priced, well considered Nic Base. The throat hit is up to snuff as well. I've noticed and easing of a minor body pair or two. Sinus drainage seems lees than with other recent bases, though those referenced may have been PG-Based nics...or not. I've observed no sulphuric notes.

As a preliminary evaluation, I'll say that Heartland Vapes VG Nic Base passes and then some.

That's interesting. I have not yet had to store nic in the freezer as I had been buying just what I needed on a monthly basis until just recently. The looming press of the stupid fda problems prompted me to take advantage of the 50% off sale at MFS and get enough to last for about 2 years. I have it all divided up into bottles cut into a 24mg base so I can just take it out and use it for my juices. I will be interested to see if there is any change in color/flavor as I take each bottle out and use them.

I got my latest order from them 2 days ago and ^^^ is what mine looked like as well though the odor was much more pungent than my last 2 from them. Not sure how I feel about that.

Did you actually check the volume of what you received?

1 liter = 33.8 oz. So for my 2 liters, I got 16 4oz bottles but...

liter #1, I filled 7 4oz bottles, 1 2oz and 1 1oz -- so approx 31 oz of nic

liter #2, I filled up 7 4oz bottles and 1 2oz bottle -- approx 30 oz of nic

Do you know how much you got?

The amounts I ordered have always filled the bottles I had designated for them, so I have to assume the volume was on point for its advertised amount. I figure mine as ML though, not OZ, so that may be where the differences fall into play. Perhaps it's more accurate as ML???? Not really sure.

Well I just taste tested Nude Nicotine at 18mg in nic base and Vapers Tek at 20mg in nic base. I found by my picky taste buds that NN was less peppery flavored than the VT - but not by much so to me these will be my go to brands for nic base:vapor: (Oh they were tested on the same equipment just different colors.) At the beginning VT's nic was very smooth and there was no pepper whatsoever. As time went by I've noticed more burn in the product. VT's nic still gives me great results with the flavorings. One day I hope to taste that initial batch that I first had. If not, I'll still enjoy it. :) Enjoy the NN Dixie :)
