I've only been at this for about 3 weeks, so limited insights from my side, but I find one of the most rewarding experiences is the sense of accomplishment that comes with setting goals and keeping them. So, I haven't touched an analogue since I started vaping (@ 18 mg) almost three weeks ago. As of tomorrow I'm saving my first vape session till after lunch, as I find I don't really crave until then anyways and am only hitting it before because I enjoy the act of vaping so much. I'm going to try make that a regular thing, then slide down to 12 mg... The awesome thing about vaping is that it's such an enjoyable "hobby" in itself, (I don't think you could call smoking a hobby but vaping definitely is) and so I think I could get to a stage where I'm off nicotine but enjoying vaping as much or more than I "enjoyed" smoking.
That's my thinking at the moment anyways
