Hey guys, so again im new to vaping. Ive been analog free for 1 week 4 days. Yesterday was by far the worst ive felt. I felt dizzy, hazzy, and completely out of it. I had a hard time keeping my balance if I stood up too fast. It was bad. Today, I feel normalish. Has anyone experienced this before? I dont think im o-ding on it as I do vape a lot but I wouldnt say I "chain vape". I havent had headaches or i havent been dehydrated. I vaping on 18mg of nic.

Could this be nicotine withdrawal or a withdrawal from the other chemicals in analogs? Just trying to figure out if this is normal.

Thanks in advance.

I didnt experience any of that....no real withdrawal sysmptoms at all....but everyone is different...I did, at first, walk around with my e-cig constantly in my mouth like a binky, but I soon realized that I wasnt getting quite the amount of nicotine I was accustomed to getting...I bumped it up from 18 to 24 mg and all was good after that...

actually sounds more like nicotine saturation. Over nic'ing yourself would make you light headed, dizzy, off balance, hot, sweaty, flushed, in some cases headaches and dehydrated.

Withdrawl would make you irritable and twitchy.

How much did you smoke before yous started vaping?

I was about at a PAD. I did go to the local vape store yesterday and bought some juice with 0 nic in it so I can mix the 18 in with it. Ill see how that helps.

I experienced that rather suddenly at about 2 months. I was using 24mg. I noticed the symptoms were worse about 2 hours after getting up in the morning and mid afternoon. These would have been after morning and noontime vaping and coffee. So I started dropping my nic level and cutting caffeine. Dropping to 12mg and going decaf or halfcaf solved it for me.

smurph: yeah try lowering the nic a little see if that helps.

One thing I learned as I made the transition to vaping from smoking, I vaped WAY more than I ever smoked. Which is hard to believe considering I was 3 to 5 PAD. I over nic'd myself so much it wasn't funny. Started recognizing the symptoms and would ground myself from the pv before I realized I could just step down the nicotine and be happier.

Still to this day, vaping between 4 and 8 mg.. I will find I overdo it sometimes. Got nothing going on, puff on the pv for an hour straight. DARN THESE TASTY FLAVORS!

Next time I go to the vape store, ill get a lower nic level. For now, ill just mix in the 0 with the 18. Again, thank you guys very much for all the help you give the new guys. :)

No honestly, I'd go to the dr. These could be heart or circulation problems as well. I worked with a guy that started getting short of breath, sweaty, dizzy and just couldn't get it together. Went home and he had a heart attack. Two days later he had a stroke... Let's hope it's not serious, but I wouldn't mess around with those types of symptoms.

I've had no real nic withdraw from quitting smoking. I'm vaping 24 nic and doing good in the morning and it keeps me going through my workday but its in the evening I'm finding myself not falling asleep like I use to. I didn't know nicotine was a stimulant so having some vapes before bed is whats keeping me up. I have to rethink my nic level and prolly going to vape low to 0 nic juices in the evening cause I don't think they will get me through the day yet. Its been 6 weeks and I'm already considering going down to 18 nic but I got gallons of 24 nic juice that I either have to cut or use up.
Thirst is a side effect that is eminent and I have to drink but the down side is that my bladder is old, so getting up for the midnight pizz on a regular basis is something I have to get use to. I also have chapped lips so I also have to carry chapstick around with me 24/7 but that I assume is a reaction of the juices.

sounds like nicotine OD: #1 noob mistake I see on these forums. and then everyone comes in and says "Yup, nicotine withdral. better up your nicotine!" lol. Lay off the vape a bit, or go DOWN a level, to 16mg or so. My humble advice.

Everyone?...where?...How about "no one"? I havent seen any posts here, including mine, that told him that he wasnt getting enough nicotine...In my case, I said that I didnt have any of the issues he has and told him what problem I had experienced...nowhere in that did I tell him to "up" his nic level...now, if I'd actually experienced his issues, and upping the nic fixed it, that would be a different story...

My noob mistake was starting with too little nic...I was a heavy smoker of strong cigs...a hot boxer of cigarettes...I'd cut filters in half...

I started way to high. I think I started with 36. Which technically was enough for my daily intake, however since there's no telling when you're done with a vape. I over used.
Cig = Light it burn it done.
ecig = vape till the battery dies. Regret immediately.

We all were there at one time in life. It's nice that there's places like this to help FNG's sort their issues instead of having to learn the way I did.. I only wish I had found ECF before I was 3 years analog free on vape.

I doubt its that serious. Im young, healthy and havent had these problems before, only when I first started vaping and it doesnt happen every day.

Still, if I was you, I'd keep an eye on that and if it returns consider seeing the ole sawbones.

Me I don't get twitchy, I sweat... A lot. I'm a diabetic so I know what means (something outa whack) so I put the PV down and drinks some water. It settles down and I wait a bit before I pick the vape up again. Still learning and adjusting. :)

Im on 4 days of vaping and ill have to agree. Im probably taking in more nicotine a day than i ever did smoking. When I vape at night, I cant go to sleep. I was last smoking lights, and a pack was 14mg. Im on 12mg ejuice. So thats 12mg for every mL. I killed my 2.4mL tank in one day cause it was to tasty. i started to get dizzy.

So I either want to try getting lower nic juice... or learning to turn my pv off and stepping away.

Hope you figure it out.
