That battery is a good choice for high drain, low amp applications, but it's a 4A battery that can supply 3500 milliamps per hour at no more than 4A max load. It's a good choice for a 5W LED flashlight, but not up to the load requirements for ecigs.

At 1.5 ohms and 3.7v a coil will pull about 2.4A / 10W from a battery. The one you posted has a max current rating at 4A. It's not a good choice for vaping, IMO.

It's simple. Buy Sony LG or Samsung, avoid rewraps like a dose of the clap.

Automotive analogy #4
You are offered a Honda NSX for $10, or a Soviet made Trabant 301 with a fancy paint job and "I am really fast" written in bold down the side for $15. Which do you choose....

Always consult Mooch's Blog before using or purchasing any battery for vaping.

I didn't ask which batteries to buy.. I asked about how these ones would be for vaping. I already use Sony and LGs. Just wanted to know how these would compare. Mooch's blog is a couple years old, and these batteries are not mentioned. As for the bikes, neither. I'd go for a Kawasaki KZ1300.

Those are cars...not bikes.

Thanks for the answers guys. Just what I wanted to know.. those are a flashlight battery.. high drain but not much amps. Great for hunting worms, not great for vaping.

the text of the advert CLEARLY states 4 amp max...

Mooch constantly updates his battery test results & retests cells on his recommended chart. The last update was 5/15/2016 not a couple years.

In the last month alone he's posted about 5 new test results.

Pretty much if a certain battery isn't on his list of tested cells it is not suitable for vaping use.

I guess some folks find it hard to grasp that there are only a handful of companies that actually manufacture the size & chemistry batteries we use for vaping.
All others are re wrap possibly 2nd bin to recycle bin cells bought from the actual manufactures.
Some of these cells are okay, most are not, or the actual manufacturer would've put their name/wrap on the cell.
