Ok, so I must update my experience on this thread because I posted earlier that I contacted them sunday about a defective product and had a reply that they were out of stock (pcc) and what would I like to do on monday and then I was waiting today to see how my cs experience went.
I have been dealing with Chris, and I could NOT be happier! none of my emails did go an entire 24 hours with response. It was always within that time frame. Chris immediately shipped me out a different usb/wall charger (since I dont have a way to charge mine now and have had to revert to the
tank) and it was shipped today!
I must say I was starting to get nervous only because of all the communication problems I've been reading, but in my personal experience with them they were absolutely great! So I will continue to be a happy BMF user for some time to come as long as cs stays like this for me!
