I understand what you're saying. And it DOES sound like a good road to take for some people. However, and I know this sounds selfish, but I just don't want their problem to be my problem. Now if this was a company I had been dealing with for years or maybe even months and something happened I would remain a loyal customer and try to stick with them. But I am not a loyal customer, i'm a new customer. My service wasn't terrible, but not as great as some other suppliers here. One of my products was defective and quite frankly the pcc is so cheaply made, but anyway.... They have not earned me "giving them a break", or "being patient". I just keep hearing about no responses from multiple users, shipping late like above, etc and then hearing nothing in response, its just turned me off.
I found another place with a great product equal about to the MaxxFusion and with a better pcc, they have better prices (slightly) and amazing customer service so why would I choose bloog over them? I don't have the history with bloog and their product is great but really not much different than the other one.
I'll be writing a full review of my experience with bloog if I can ever get it completed, still waiting for it to be settled...
