I think the biggest issue some people are having ( I know that's the case with me) is that other then some responses from Chris, Bloog has not come forth to say or alleviate anything here in the sub forums. I'm somewhat baffled there has been no reply to this thread in whats now going on 4 days. People have some legitimate concerns but the company isn't responding to them. Chris can only do so much he is one person and his job is pretty specific. I have to say I myself am pretty curious whats up with Leaford. He went from every day responses to no responses. I know hes had some computer issues, and I know hes probably pretty busy over there, but getting a hold of a computer these days really shouldn't be a huge issue.

I think people would just feel better if there was some more acknowledgment from Bloogs side about certain things and some serious effort to correct them. But when you get 3 or 4 word responses, or in some cases no response the customer can't help but wonder did I make the right choice should I be looking somewhere else? I'm sure in the end things will come clean and stuff will be solved, but how long will it take to get to that point? Is it going to be long enough that people lose interest?

I agree, Rift, there are actually two categories of concern in this thread.

One is about whether people are getting timely order confirmation e-mails, shipping confirmation/tracking info e-mails, and responses to their calls or e-mails to customer service. It seems there is some improvement in this category, and a lot of that seems to be because of how good Chris is at customer service.

The second category of concern is the lack of response by Bloog representatives to concerns being brought up in several threads in this sub-forum. And based on the response to this thread it seems this concern is not being addressed. Like Rift, I have been more concerned about this second category.

I agree with Slim and Rift. It is almost scary the lack of response from anyone from the Bloog team.

You both make good points.

I originally got my Bloog stuff February 4th. At that time this place was buzzing with contact from Leaford and Toni. Leaford was here explaining the QC that was changed to keep the cartos in a certain resistance range, Toni had the 'ticker' and 'juice label' threads (both of which received great response from users and resulted in some fantastic designs), introduced the stock updates and talked about the site re-design, Leaford introduced the Trifecta, there was talk of a smaller battery because RB37 suggested it...This place was alive with the prospects of widespread success. I was glad to be a (small) part of it.

Then, the carto dissection threads happened...and we've had exactly one response from Leaford since, and now apparently Toni doesn't post here, either. Now, I thought with the dissection threads that maybe Leaford didn't want to comment until he knew more about it, or that they consulted with an attorney and were told not to publicly disclose certain design elements, or to expose themselves to liability...but they could always state that to keep their money-spending customers satisfied that it was being addressed and all is well on the home front.

I would have even accepted a group-PM stating "we are hard at work on the issues addressed in the sub-forum and continue to do our best to provide you the best e-smoking blah blah blah please stick with us during this turbulent time" type thing. Instead, nothing.

It's worrisome in multiple ways.

I was putting off ordering more carts until something was found out about all the issues with them. I haven't had the best of luck with the blanks and even my prefilled ones don't refill well. I'll have to order from someone else just to be able to vape. I wish Bloog the best of luck but I'm moving on. Maybe I'll check in every now and again to see if there are any new developments. So long all:(

Leaford's last activity on ECF was today at 09:55 AM
Toni's last activity on ECF was today at 10:35 PM

Maybe Bloog's internal policies have changed about posting in these forums, but that would be a shame.

I'm still figuring out how parts of the forum work... how can you tell when someone has been active without them posting?

Don't abandon us altogether! I totally understand your need to get some reliable supplies. I don't feel married to only one product either. It doesn't hurt to try out other stuff, you might even end up preferring this more afterwards. But you can still hang out with us in the meantime :)

Agreed. I think there should be a consensus that the current people hang here for as long as this forum exists, regardless of what product you use or end up using. I like it here. :)

ahh ok thanks. I was a bit dumbstruck to read that even Leaford had signed in. Boggles the mind.

Yeah this has become my favorite place to hang out. And I even get the inside jokes  I plan on staying til someone turns off the lights and locks the door.

I had trouble with my internet connection at work today, so when I went to load this sub-forum it would say "Page Cannot Be Displayed" -- I thought sure it was gone. Then I realized it was just my connection.

My own experience was I ordered on I think 1/28 or 1/29 (Fri/Sat), received a shipping notice with tracking number on 2/1 (Tue), and then on 2/2 got the order acknowledgement. That's just a little bit out of order. I thought my order experience was an anomaly or hiccup due to the demand for the 2nd batch of cartos. A bit off-putting but tolerable, imho, for a small company.
well if you ordered while they are closed (Sat & Sun) you wouldnt get an order confirmation right away

I know they are closed on the weekends, I didn't have a problem with that, nor was I upset with the time to ship. What I found odd is receiving a tracking number the day -before- I got the order acknowledgement.

The same thing happened to me with my first order. I emailed them asking why I hadn't gotten a confirmation, and they sent me a shipping confirmation, followed by an order confirmation.
