I feel a squonk thread coming on.

It would actually be very good idea to sticky few replies posted here (nerak, Itrainer). Very, very valuable info for noob squonkers (like me).

I'm righthander, but 90% of time I'm holding mini in left hand (i.e. when driving, browsing REO forum...). I found out I'm doing my blind squonking proper way, but when I first used it I was trying to squonk and fire!!!

So "Squonk for Dummies" sticky would make sense for new Reonauts.

Cheers.

:p

I was using the funny title of the whole range of books published with titles like "HTML for Dummies" or "Modern Art for Dummies" - there's hundreds of them. The have a distinct black-yellow graphics on the cover. Maybe they are not published in US?

In any case it wasn't meant to be derogatory term for any REO newbie or squonker. :toast:

Cheers

Gotta agree with you in some way - I was real dummy that I didn't buy REO much earlier. I would save me a lot of frustration that I've been thru with idiotic ego T- tanks etc. Provari was good until it lasted, BTW sold it yesterday, 10 days after getting my paws around REO mini. (time to change the sig). The fund are allocated towards 'drumroll' - REO Grand!!!!

In need a 'long range' mod and the Grand fits the bill with battery life. I'm going thru four 14500 batteries a day - that's OK sitting in the office, but would cause some concern when on the road or pursuing other outdoor hobbies of mine.

To be honest, I wanted to get REO a long time ago, but they have always been out of stock - so I relied on Notify Me button - (who's talking about dummies?). So when last month finally got enough of top feeding hassles, gone back to Reosmods - of course everything was out of stock.

Looked in classies, not much there either, so gone to visit Gripland boys and promptly ordered VV Sweetvape mini bottomfeeder. Next day, I don't really know why, I did check the REO shop and I've fallen off my chair - 10 minis "buy now" - so in 10 seconds silver/black was ordered. There were just couple of Grands available - if there was at least one with black-silver combo there, I would get it instead of mini, but I didn't fancy red-greens.

I reckon that lot of guys/gals are waiting for REO 18490 woodies or metals, so that perhaps explain why there is still several Grands available after two-three weeks. They used to disappear overnight.

Anyway, once Provari money arrive - I'm going to get a spanking new Grand.:vapor:

Enough of rant. Back to work.

*ssshhhhh*...the secret behind them being on available now is that he is adding more stock every week ;)

He's been working for a very long time finding the right fabricators and anodizing shops that can keep up with the demand....now he has...and that is why you are seeing metal mods on the site all the time now. :)

I am glad you finally found them available. :)

Well, it's been 6 days now and I'm getting the hang of it. Finally. I bought 2 other mods around the same time as I bought the reo, so it wasn't getting my full attention there for a while in trying to adapt to it. Turns out, I like it MUCH better with cartos instead of attys. In fact it's so much better and easier to use that way that's it replaced my eGo as my stealth vape of choice at work. I've got my system down enough that I can pull it out of my pocket, hit it, exhale and drop it back in my pocket between floors in the elevator.(Such fun to step out of the elevator with this innocent little smile on my face when my boss is standing there) So yeah, it's definitely a keeper now. I like it well enough that I'll probably pick up another grand for a backup.
