@Tibs, no not just one pint....another pint
It's an insidious thing, ice cream.
I start with a spoonful, I end up eating a pint.
No control, I am powerless...
I only buy it on occasion. Well, OK--on two occasions recently
Oooooo, Wille Nelson's Peach Cobbler???? I've never had that one <adds to list>
Peach ice cream, yum!
I started going to the gym after the gentle encouraging/poking/prodding of another Not-Cigger to whom I am grateful for his relentless hounding. I exercised at home but was not faithful to it, easily distracted, excuses easily found.
I am not exactly faithful, now, but more than I have been for having tried to do the same in the past.
I feel better, I look better, I meet people and people watch.
I eat more with less guilt
But I can truthfully say, it doesn't make bringing down the Xmas boxes from the attic any less a chore from h3ll. I am feeling your pain on that one, Tracy.
Bov, drop kicking a moose??? LOLOLOLOL!!!
There's power in them thar stairs, I tell ya!
A pint for you for having to navigate them day in and day out!
Spike is a Min-Pin?
Thought I remembered that from somewhere.
My friend has a Min-Pin, he cornered a possum under her deck.
It was a sad day for the possum
Yes, one is supposed to clean the walls before applying Kilz, BIN, stainblock, primer, what have you--so it is recommended as I recall.
I used the TSP substitute on wood paneling, it worked well enough but I am clueless to any other surfaces.
I hope you find a satisfactory way to manage it, Dee.
I am not familiar with the surface you describe, is it sandable?
Just throwin' stuff out there
I don't mind painting.
I am not a fan of all the prep work that prefaces it but a job done right is a beauty to behold.
Off to KP duty--laters, y'all.
Stay warm!
