Now I ain't for sure.....I think to measure a belt start at the end near the buckle and measure to the center most hole.....Pretty dang sure no two belts are measured the same though....I like a little bling bling on my belt and black leather is a must....Current belt has Jack Daniels Old #7 silver dots....it's served it's purpose well for a long time.....Some of the HD belts are sweet....JD's are as well but you're gonna spend the whole $80 and there isn't but one choice....Shepler's or something like that....This one I got on came straight outta Lynchburg, Tennessee...Got my eye on a couple of vintage brass HD buckles as well...One must first have a suitable belt....

Second batch of cold brew is down.....A Capresso Infinity holds @ 1/2 lb. of beans when stuffed too the brim....Grind a little and dump....then grind a little more....No spills this time....bag squeezed into the pitcher and there is a 1/2 gallon of water with plenty of room to spare....This is all working out great....Thanks Mark!!!!

The VCT 75 door screws in.....I massaged it all I could trying to get the threads liking each other....Over the years I've found anytime two types of metal are gonna be connected by threads there is likely gonna be an issue...The door is stainless and known for it's hardness....The body is probably a zinc alloy....meaning it's a bunch of metal that's generally worthless melted together and cast into a mold....Not the best for threading...Now all is good atm and I got it threaded on after a bit...I still have battery #1 in there and it's a shade under 1/2 after multiple tankfulls...AWTs get two thumbs up....Issues with the door will either get better or worse....I'm adding a little machine oil next battery....ground circuit be damned....Got new wicks in the KF5s as well....Mileage there is great as well....

Belt measured to center hole is how it's supposed to be, but I've run into a lot of belts where that seems to be more of a theory than what the sellers actually do :)

Glad the kawvee is working out for you El Dee! Have to see what my vt75 is like when it comes in. Maybe I'll try just a bit of noalox on the threads.

At camp now, I'm finishing the morning drip kawvee, dw is drinking her first cup of ice cold brew for the day, asking with some apple pie :)

Thought about catching the fair again today, but this is due to be really hot and humid. I'll do some camp work, and we'll do kayaking and swimming.

Second batch of cold brew is smoother....

I put a couple drops of gun oil on the VT 75 battery cap....It's working....just hard to get started....I've got NoLox and anti-seize but that stuff gets everywhere...Just a dab should be fine though...hey......that cap may work forever and may bugger the threads next battery...

Tropical Depression Gaston has formed off the N.C. coastline....I gotta go cut grass....Trying to play it out so the ocean will be rough{shark tooth hunter Dee} and it won't be raining....Guess I'll just have to throw the dice and take what I get.............

4 bags of concrete in, putting an edge on the inside of the pooch pen so the pups won't be tempted to dig under it. Couple bags to go, them maybe just do a ride on the raft and swim (it's a real summery day)

It is nice here, gorgeous view :) We have a fully screened porch with a ceiling fan for lazy afternoons.

Steeping varies depending on the liquid. My all day vape is shake and vape, no steeping required. On the other hand, vananaberry takes a solid 3 weeks.

Thanks - we love our camp :D

Went out for a nice little run with the raft/boat. Only a 40lb trolling motor, solar panel to charge the battery, pulling an 8x12 craft with cruddy hydrodynamics (super stable, but no v shape in the bow - it rides on normal dock floats). A stately pace, but we like it :)

Mark, I remember when you bought that place and started working on getting it to your and DW's standards. I remember the pics of your progress, and the pics of the river flooding. What a beautiful place you and your wife have made!

Mowing is what I did today, Dee...but much less area then you have.

Oly you will get the hang of DIY before you know it! Steeping is the hardest part when you first start out. When you make a batch that you know will be a regular in your vaping, make a 2nd batch to be steeping while you vape the first. Most any juice will give you a good idea of how it will be after a few days to a week. I've found (for me) anything that has a lot of creamy flavors takes the longest to steep...2 to 3 weeks.

It's been a lot of work, but pretty much there for the main house. We did a big surge this spring for a visit by the in-laws. The inside is clean, refinished except for spackling in the man cave (utility room). Living room is gorgeous with the new wall, higher ceiling, refinished floor. Plumbing and electrical are rock solid. The bedrooms are nice, though I want to change out one AC, swap it with a spare we have.

The old bunkhouse is still in progress, though it's functional for work (where I keep my mitre saw setup). More new subfloor to install, and time to rubber coat the roof this fall

Tropical Depression 8 is what formed off the coast....Gaston is already a hurricane....heading this way but forecast to stay off shore....My bad.....Tropical Depression 9 is down around the Keys....Forecast to cut thru the Gulf and then across Northern Florida and back into the Atlantic on it's way for a visit here...Yay!!!!!!!!

Dang old Barnett HD has free shipping over $99....I ordered a belt and Willie G. zip hoodie....98.99....Threw a belt buckle in the deal for the free shipping.....Let's hope the belt fits....The measurement theory on belts...I wear a 36 or 34 depending....Any 36 belt I tried would barely touch ends....So if the pants are 36 and the belt measurement to the middle hole is 36.....Well......I went with 40....It's a crap shoot........The hoodie though....XL always XL since @ 1975.....

Steeping....I've tried every method known....99.9% of the time when I mix it's because I have about 1/2 a ML of juice too my name....Like now for instance....4 480 ML bottles and 3 are empty.....4 60ML bottles for filling and they are well on the way too empty....Procrastinators ain't got time to steep a dang thing...I stir the beejesus out of the juice in the beaker....pour it in the 480....... Shake... n... Vape...It all works out....I don't notice much difference if any as the 480s age....
