That dang emergency room doc said one of my problems was that I was slightly overweight....I've not measured height in years but at one time was 6"3'....I think I'm a little shorter now...I weighed yesterday....179lbs....a little overweight...????? Dang......
Got my follow up appointment for Monday at 3:40....Today will mark one week since I last hit my PV....Spent a little while in the shop yesterday and got my new exhaust installed....Got a bit frustrated with the brakes so I quit for the day....First day trying to work a bit and everything went fine....Even the times I got up off the creeper to fast it was all good....Still taking it easy until I get sorted out....
It had dried out a bit outside....Awoke to a full on monsoon this am....There is literally water standing in the woods on fairly high ground.....

That Doc is full of sheet if he thinks you are overweight! Been thinking about you, very glad to hear so far, so good.
My gd's home burnt the 24th.Total loss including the 2 dogs she loved.

I'm so sorry for your GD's loss. I'm not sure how much heartbreak we can survive, but your family has had far more than it's share.
I am so very sorry for you and your gd, Fran. I truly am. Sounds like you are in the same boat that I am. Wondering when the tragedies will end.
LD, please take care of your health. We don’t often get a second chance at that. Like Bov, I am not that far away from you at all. Just holler if you need anything at all.
Last few weeks have been exhausting. My sister and I installed wireless security cameras at my moms place so we could watch her in the Times we were not right there with her.
I came home late last Friday night planning to regroup and go back on Tuesday. Well, I was watching my mom on camera while my sister went home (just up street from mom) to take care of a few things. My mom took a tumble and could not get up. Thank goidness I was watching and got my sister there quickly. I went back up on Sunday and stayed until late Friday night.
I have dental work that I have to get done in the morning and will be heading back up there right after. We can’t leave her alone at all.
I got home to find a very nice package from (((Mark))) waiting for me. I haven’t felt very social but wanted to pop in here to thank him and to check on all of you.
Thank you so very much, mark! My mom loves coffee and drinks it day and night. I am going to take this with me to her house and share it with her. Your coffee is always so smooth and flavorful. I know that she will enjoy it as much as we do.

Meet Bella, the new love of my life! She's a 2 yr old border collie mix. My local SPCA is having her spayed Wed. and hopefully I can bring her home Friday

Dee was on FB yesterday, but otherwise, I have not talked to him. I hope his follow up yesterday went well!
As far as I know the followup went well....Picking up BP meds here in a few....they're the lowest dosage BP meds...Returning too Chapel Hill Thursday for a echocardiogram and stress test.....Gotta wear a heart monitor for a few days after the stress test....That's where all that stands....Doc said she was more worried my heart may have stopped verses a stroke....I tried to rush up the charity care application with no such luck....Still waiting for the application in the mail...From what I've seen I should qualify....
Salem I know it's tough on you and Sis....My Mom is 87 and lives alone....I gotta check in on her when I go too the pharmacy....She's been getting along quiet well the past few months...
