I am pretty sure that dogs like to forage like birds do. It is a natural instinct to them. I remember researching for things to perk up my moms dog when he was seeming very depressed and found info saying that it is a good idea to hide treats for them to find. We try and do the same for our birds. The smaller one ( Lesser Jardine) hides his own treats for foraging lol He tosses his treats off his cage and knows exactly where to go and find them later :sneaky: That guy is a character!

Bov, two thumbs up on the results. GERD is not great but much better than some of the alternatives :)

Always brightens my day to see (((Wharf ))) pop in as well. I too miss LD when he is not around and he always brings a smile to my face. Love listening to his stories. Hopefully he is just taking some R&R and everything is well with him.

I took my grandson mid state yesterday ( 1/2 way between us) to meet son (even though I did not want to) and then I slept for 11 hours once I got home! I think that not only the weekend but the last few months have really caught up with me. That plus allergies are super bad for me right now. I take allergy shots, allegra d and flonase. Still trouble with my eyes and sinuses. Oh, well. Could always be worse ;)

Morning folks :)

I don't think there's ANY corralation between ACV and that both of them have passed

LOL Wharf! I've heard ACV is good for all manner if ills, I'll have to find the Braggs around here. I tried the regular ACV from the grocery store and it didn't help enough to get past the taste being worth it.

Glad you got some sleep Salem, but sorry that your allergies are raging so bad.

Bov, you have to use the Braggs with the "mother" in it. Nothing else will work as it is filtered and overprocessed. I get mine here Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 32 fl oz Liquid - Swanson Health Products

Shipping is a flat $5 so I only buy when i am ordering other stuff. But, new customers get 10% off plus free shipping on their first order. You will see a pop up box when you click on link. I also get it locally but, Swansons has better price. People have used this stuff forever to cure many ills.

Peeking in from work to say hello!

Yes, I use and recommend ACV with the mother in it. Nothing else compares!!! Bov, if you don't have any sugar issues could you try mixing it with honey to help hide the taste?
I LOVE vinegar!!!!

I hope ElDee is resting as well, but my thoughts went to that doctor. I hope he isn't needing bail money!!! ;) :0

Our local WalMart has Braggs as well as a Florida grocery chain. It's either Motts or Heinz that has an unfiltered with the mother in it. I haven't tried it because there's nothing broke. I get local honey from a beekeeper down the street for when I want a concoction lol. 2tsp. honey with a little hot water to thin it. 2tsp of cider vinegar. Splash of seltzer then fill with ice and water. Makes a nice after dinner drink instead of tea or lemonade for a change. The local honey helps with allergies and the seltzer gives it a little pzazz.

I use the local honey with it as well. My sister just retired but is still getting it for us from a guy that she worked with. Beekeeping is a hobby for him.

I really don't mind the taste of the Braggs alone mixed with water though. It will also help to keep blood sugar stable taken before each meal.

My local grocery store carries it as well but, it is less expensive from Swansons and I order other items from them anyway.

I was surprised to see it at Wally's. I don't mind the taste of it alone either. Definitely better than regular acv. Almost like a sour wine taste, which is basically what vinegar is.

It took a bit for me to get used to it. I fill a shot size glass and take it. The first time I did that it indeed felt like a shot of booze as it went down. An instant warming.....And then I shuddered. Ha.
There are so many benefits for ACV with mother. It can even conquer nail fungus.
