Actually it's not really missing, ECF won't allow that. I created an all white avi and that's what you see. LOL

Hey Jerry !!!! Long time no see.....Welcome back!!!
Sitting at the beach after a month absence...Lotsa rain....lotsa sun....the yard was a jungle...Gotta deploy a little round up to keep those weeds in check and then good to go...For a while anyway....
Lol at the temps....Sitting at sea level in Southeastern NC....Prolly around 92**...Humidity definitely at 100%...Sun cooking the moisture outta the sand....Daaaannnnnngggggg!!!!!!!!!!! Gotta git it though and still way better that freezing any day.....

Yep Fran, the house deal is still inching forward. Home inspection scheduled next week so the owner and I will know if/what needs fixing before the FHA appraisal/inspection. Still working towards closing around the first of August. I made the sale contingent on the owner fixing any problems (electrical, plumbing, hvac, structural) that would cause FHA to deny the loan.
Jerry if you find any entertainment outside the internet, please let me know

Jerry I don't know if you're cable-less by desire, but if not, YouTube TV is IPTV, and runs $40 out here !!!
