I cant wait to try it maybe it would open a whole new world for me who knows. Plus anything with honey in it cant be bad. i remember my friends ranch when i was a kid her grandpa was a farmer and her mom had like bee hives or something she had the whole bee suit and everything, made her own honey i remember walking into her little honey shed and see a mason jar with the honey comb still in it. i thought it was candy so i took a bite.....worst.......mistake.......ever. Btw i wanted to thank everyone for that whole conversation about tobacco it was very enlightening.

My fave, pacifier vape is Mr Vape RY4. Smoky, not sweet. I find I just can't put it down. I did try a honey tobacco way in the beginning from ECBlends, and although it was not gross, I still have some left after, what, 8 months? I am enjoying several naturally extracted tobaccos, so this could be a game changer.

I think our next contest thread should focus on getting our tobacco flavors into the hands of as many people as we can :) I'm hoping everyone has the opportunity to sample a naturally extracted tobacco eliquid. If you guys have some fun ideas, please post them up!

We still have another day left to continue some tobacco-related discussion in light of tomorrow's flavor :) It might be interesting to open up this discussion to what attracts you to different tobacco molecular extracts, i.e. RY4, M-type, etc... I have focused our process around a whole extract, but am interested to hear what everyone has to contribute :)

Honey Tobacco sounds lovely.

I use a Tobacco flavor vape usually in the evening . I like the sweet ones. Never tried Honey Tobacco flavor yet.

Every Thursday i go to the local farmers market to get my veggies and a plant here and there. This one farmer sells honey and black honey. He sells those little honey sticks for 25 cents each. My 5 year old picks out a few per trip. She loves them.
Mint Honey, chocolate and Lemon are her favorite ones :).
So honey reminds me of going to the farmers market with my daughter.

There's a guy that does the same thing at my farmer's market here in La Jolla! We get a bunch of them for the kids during the Jewish High Holidays.

And winner of our Honey Tobacco flavor is post # 300, 'clnire'. Congratulations! Hope this is a nice way to broaden your scope of the range of different NET chemistries available :)

Last of the tobacco flavors is Island Tobacco:

Tobacco-300x300.jpg

» Island Tobacco

Island Tobacco uses our standard NET tobacco extract from the original Tobacco flavor, but supplemented with a blend of tropical fruit essences to calm the sharpness of the tobacco, but more importantly, leave a pleasant fruity tobacco aftertaste. It was really a trial-and-error process to see which chemistries combined well with the NET tobacco extract, since it in itself is so complex and tends to mask a good amount of other flavors. Nonetheless, our Island Tobacco flavor was found to be best flavored with our coconut, passion fruit, pineapple, and mango extracts.

This flavor also received a very well-written review from Justin over at Vapor Chaser. Have a look:

http://vaporchaser.blogspot.com/2013/07/island-tobacco-from-nude-nicotine.html

Anybody have any nice tobacco-related stories in the tropics or islands? I have FOND memories sharing Cohibas in South FL with family, others with hookah on the beach in Hawaii with friends, and many more I am obviously missing. What do you all have to share for our last tobacco flavor?

Island Tobacco, GO!

Sigh. I wish you had your own subforum. Just saw this thread today, looks like I lost out on a chance at some great flavors. :(

No entry here on this one - When I ordered from you last month, I was ready to buy that one first, with all the yummy fruits listed, until I noticed the coconut part. I hate coconut! I have a couple 'island' and 'tropical' juices I have ordered from other places, and they did not list the coconut, and I ended up throwing them away.

BTW - So far, haven't been a great tobacco fan among the few I've tried from various places. I ordered your Honey Tobacco last month. Tried it right away and seemed flavorless to me, which was really an improvement over the ash I taste from everywhere else. Just broke it out again after reading through this thread, and it's amazing. Can really taste the honey now, and a slight spiciness too, maybe some earthy, chocolaty essence too, not really sure what it is. Really good. If that sounds all wrong, just ignore me, I seem to have weird taste buds. I bought another well-known tobacco flavor, thought it tasted like Ramen Noodle Beef Seasoning. Had my son try it and he looked at me funny and said, nope - just tastes like tobacco.

A Nude Nicotine SubForum is a great idea; let me see what is involved :) And really glad you are enjoying the Honey Tobacco after letting it steep for a few! You are spot on with the earthiness we were after. The honey extract takes a bit of time to oxidize and complex with the tobacco extract; happy you gave it due time to steep and mix.

We will be releasing our flavor concentrates in the next day or two, so if you feel inclined to do a bit of DIY mixing, there are endless combinations of our fruit flavors you can experiment adding to our tobacco concentrate :)

I am finding that the flavor i associate with tobacco vapes is the grassy stuff. I admit its a flavor found in uncured tobacco, but it really is far from what most of us expect when we're buying a bottle of tobacco based juice.

I don't have a tropical fruity tobacco story to shre unfortunately

In my experience, that grassy flavor you are speaking of is reminiscent of a tannin that is commonly extracted in M-type flavors. Our goal is to not only include this, but all tannins to encompass a whole cured tobacco flavor :)

And winner of our Island Tobacco flavor is post #311, 'kittyn'. Congratulations! Let us know how it compares to the other tobacco flavors you've tried in the past :)

Second to last flavor of our contest is Minty Menthol:

Peppermint-300x300.jpg

» Minty Menthol

This menthol blend is no ordinary ethyl maltol + menthol crystal dissolution. We have combined various menthol chemistries from standard 'menthol,' to peppermint and spearmint water-soluble extracts. Most of the literature available to us involving menthol extractions resulted in an oil-based flavoring (which of course is a big no-no for eliquid), so we used a similar distillation to our other flavors contrary to how most prepare menthol flavors. The result is a very light, rounded, and slightly sweet menthol flavor, completely clear in character.

Who was a menthol smoker here? Or are you like me and really never smoked menthols, but have found a menthol vape to be a regular ADV? What other mint stories do you have to share??

Mine comes from prom... we had just eaten dinner with our group before taking the party bus to our prom dance event. Of course we ate garlic mashed potatoes and my breath was not too pleasant to say the least. Popped in a piece of spearmint gum and hoped it would take care of the trick. Of course since I was young and had been drinking a bit, I was chomping away at the gum not realizing I had my mouth probably hanging wide open. Before I knew it... where did the gum go?? It was in my date's hair who I had been sitting next to on the bus. Oh that was an interesting night to recover from :) And no, she did not ditch me right then-and-there. We had a great night and still talk to each other today.

Minty Menthol, GO!

Very sadly to date I have not been able to satisfy my menthol cigarette replacement. I am being to feel like I have tried them all. So many companies so many juice bottles. Some are too laden with artificial tobacco flavor and artificial menthol taste. I have big hopes that yours will be true. I have not tried any of you intriguing menthol tobaccos. Minty menthol's sounds like to definitely replace my Camel Silver Crush. Brother will you spare some Minty Menthol.

I am a menthol smoker. I don't have 'stories' exactly, but bad friggin luck.

I started smoking Camel Turkish Jade as my first brand loyal cigarette habit. They were kinda hard to get where I lived, so I switched to salem black label. Which has been discontinued. By then, I had moved and turkish jades were pretty easy to find, so back there. And...They're now discontinued. Cue a while if I don't care, menthol and cheapish, or my husbands Kools. Finally just start buying Camel menthol.

Which now have the stupid little crush ball in all of 'em. I refuse to buy clicky cigarettes. Plus I really get weirded out wondering 'what exactly is this stuff, again? It'd not exactly 'menthol' it's close, but...' So yeah. I currently vape to keep me from smoking as much (really thats about all I'm going for, I can't handle the 2.5-3PAD required for me to not be nic fitting, so my goal's 1/2ppd or under, I'm not to picky about where 'under; falls).

I have discovered that near ALL menthol cigarettes I can find are either

Sticky (weird to explain, not actually sticky, but do something weird in my mouth I can only describe as 'sticky')
Taste like spearmint (no. Just no. I have it in the dried herbs cabinet, if I wanted to smoke it, I would. I DON'T)
Involve clicky balls
Are ridiculously 'harsh', the best comparison I can think of is that stale dried out smoke you lost in your car but decided to smoke anyway. And that is while you can still tell that they're not, still squishy and moist.

So...I am back to RYO, buy camel wide menthols, or steal the husbands Kools. I tend to stick with RYOing as I have a little more control to get what I want and a lot less cost.

So, moral of the post: If you still smoke some and are a Camel wides person, don't get to attached, they're my current brand so they'll be going away soon :p

A Q for Jaker:

Out of curiosity, I know you say a mix of mint and menthol, how much of it would you say is 'mint' as opposed to the cool tingly awesome that is menthol? A lot of my gripe up there applies to the menthol liquids I've tried too. I just don't get why anyone would want what to me seems like an overly sweet dinner mint mixed with tobacco and I'm actually kind of scared to order any more menthol tobaccos because of it, but I've been eyeballing your site for a while and am probably going to give in and place an order before long, so was wondering if it should make my 'try it' list :)

I never liked menthol cigs either but vaping menthol is a good thing.

My funny minty story is about spearmint binaca mouth spray. I was probably about 10 years old and this stuff was so cool. Well a friend and I spent the evening at the roller rink in our local town. Once we got back to his house, his little brother was sleeping on the floor in the living room with his arms over his head, and with no shirt on. We wanted to be funny so we started spraying the binaca into his arm pit. The poor kid woke up screaming because apparently that stuff burned his arm pit. I still laugh whenever I run into him.

In the next few days, we will be releasing a few new flavors, one of them being a tobacco menthol blend of out Tobacco flavor and the Minty Menthol extract. Our Minty Menthol flavor does not have any tobacco essence; more geared to the menthol vapers who are after the 'mint-only' taste.

But wait for the Menthol Tobacco flavor :) I'll give in and tell everyone that is one of the five new flavors we will be releasing in a few. At the end of this contest - in 2 days, we will end it with a BIG COUPON code for everyone to use for the new flavors and new items on the Nude Nicotine site.

Thanks for taking the time to describe your experience in such detail :) For the menthol cigarettes, the substance in the 'click' is very similar in chemical formula to the menthol that coats tobacco in most menthol cigarettes. However it is not actually combusted, since it is soaked into the .... of the cigarette where the smoke passes through. We're talking about cigarettes here though, so lets not forget that were not here to decide which analog is 'safer' :p

Just like 'djezewski', I think you'll be in for a real treat with this one, and the Menthol Tobacco we will be releasing in a few.
