you could try turning the center post out 1/2 a turn or so, might not be making a tight enough connection at the 510? several have had to turn the center pin out a bit for certain mods... my nuppin works fine with Ni200

Pretty sure turbo nailed it ... I've been running nickel in mine exclusively and the only issues I've had were when the center pin pushed up too far.
For those of you running a mechanical ... WARNING if the pin pushes up too far it can create a dead short and things can go poof fast! With DNA40 it simply reads 0.00 ohms and doesn't hit.

I bought a new LP Grand w/adj 510 to have at least one Nuppin' on line while the other two LP Grands that run Nuppin's go back to The Spa for upgrades to the new adj 510. But the new LP Grand has to go back to have the faulty adj 510 replaced as well.
The quandary... if I send all 3 of them in together can I survive the turn around time with just my 2 '650 Woodies wearing VA Cyclones, with no Nuppin's at all on line? Or do I need to also bring some of my other Woodies back into service with their RM2's, RM3's or IGO-S? The other 3 Woodies are 14500's and a 18490, have the Mini 2.1 as well... none of them with much battery life for my VLLH's. The RM2's got it done just fine, so did the RM3's and IGO-S before I discovered Nuppin's, but can I go back to the dark ages?

Got my nuppin question I noticed when I take a slow drag juice comes up through my drip tip is this normal or a wicking problem?

That is abnormal. Only with extreme oversquonking have I ever got juice lip.
The horror, the inhumanity, the pain of it all... I need to send all three of my LPG's to The Spa, the only Reos I have that run my Nuppin's. The new CV to get the out of spec adj 510 it came with replaced, and the other two for the 510 upgrade. Also thinking about sending the CV Mini in as well since I don't use it as is... for a haircut to LP, strip back to TRA and the 510 upgrade. Not as likely but maybe also the VVG. Can get by with the 5 Woodvil's if they all go, but none of the woodies can run my favored Nuppin's without a hokey adapter. That would be adding insult to injury. 
Maybe I should hold off until a new LP Mini TRA w/adj 510 could get here to use while the LPG's are away instead of modding the CV Mini. Would probably be close enough to the same money to just buy a new one. Another LP something would be a step in the right direction for the Nuppin's already planned from the second run. I'd like to have 1 LP Mini that'll run a Nuppin', but I don't have a need for two Mini 2.1's. Maybe I ought to sell some of the unused Reos/atty's, but I dislike the mechanics of selling anything. FWP or not (Papa), still decisions, decisions, decisions so I don't end up with even more Reos that I just don't use since the Nuppin's came along. Already have over 2 dozen other mostly high end mods and endless atty's not being used, not used since I started buying Reos.

Sleep has never been a major part of my life... but far less a part of it for many years, seldom a part of it at all now. Guess I catch up on it when I'm with the wild flowers in the special to me high mountain meadow.

Yep, REO all the way around here now. Goes with my new SigPic (more Reo, ancestral homeland and the drink/what I vape it's known for).
If it were me, I vape the woodies and send in the lot to get retrofitted. If I couldn't l live without a Nup' in the interim, I'd consider filing down a catch cup on one woody to fit a Nup' a la Filthy B above.
Alternatively, I'd hold one LPG with the old 510 back to use (if it ain't broke, as Rob says, why fix it?), and then send it in later for refit to be sent back when I (you) inevitably bought another.

Happy enough with the VA Cyclones on the older woodies... will wait to get my hands on some "flush 510" woodies for the Nuppin's. Will be needing more LP's for more Nuppin's anyway, so solved the problem... ordered another LPG and will send in the others after it gets here.

Nice, the router on the Nuppin looks incredible. Such a low profile little beast of a combo.
