Just an FYI, My last two orders from 3F including the Nano I noticed what was either new, or has gone unnoticed previously by me shipping option. Anyway my last two orders took 6 and 7 days. Epacket is normally 10-15 for my location, for me it is a well spent .50 cent upgrade.

I have been messing with mine and I wasn't that impressed at first preferring the merlin mini but after playing with coil placement a bit I have a nice single 3x30gx38g ss316l fused clapton in it and it is definitely growing on me and has become my out and about set up

Which coil placement gave you the most flavor?
I did a bit of quick measuring the last time I built it and have been sitting my coil a little high so the larger airslot hits the bottom like %60 of my coil. Normally I sit my coils even higher but because I cant see through the air slit to gauge my heighth I have been being conservative. My goal is for the air to hit the coil directly from the side but also come up from the bottom to get some faux bottom AF action.
I got a Black one from 3F about a week ago. I am totally disappointed 
I tried many different builds, can't get any thing In there I like. I find it has way to much air flow, for me it has poor flavour & vapor production. I officially retired mine today

Ya way to airy, I have the AFC all most closed & still can't get the air right.
I'm wondering what the point of top air flow is? The Air has to come down the chiming hit the side of the coil & then all the way back up. How could this possibly be better than the air coming up from under the coil?

Still tweaking it and trying to get my coil placement where I want it. What's weird to me is I get great vapor off of the afc wide open, but the flavor just isn't there. It kinda tastes like wax I guess. I'm vaping Fruit and Custard Honeydew Custard, I know what this stuff tastes like, and this isn't it. I want this to work, and I'm pretty sure this issue is my fault not the RTA. I'm thinking maybe a bigger ID coil? I'm currently running a 3mm ID, 26ga twisted ss316l coil .330 ohm. I'm running it about 40w. Too much higher and the wicking can't keep up. I've also tried temp control. Any suggestions, always welcome, I'm obviously still learning and welcoming a lesson.
This is the Whispy/thin vapor I mentioned, and agree with what you've said, do try plugging that back airflow, it does help. I'm still experimenting, but still the experience is lacking at best.

I don't think thats the problem. I think this top air flow system is Flawed!
The way it's set up the air is suppose to hit the side of the coil, IMO this is were the flaw is.
When your drawing on it, I would say a good percentage of the air is just being drawn back up in a circle & not even hitting the coil. For this kind of air flow system to work better the air needs to be directed all the way down under the coil so that 100% of the air comming in is hitting the coil & not just going in a circle.
I'm no atty designer But if you think about what I'm saying you will see, I'm right!
