I'm in love with mine. I got a second I loved it so much. Silver and gold Nanos. I wick mine with Cotton Bacon V2 nice and fluffy but full just a little past the wick ports you can barely see the cotton coming through on the bottom. I use either Alien, Stapled staggered fused Clapton or fused Claptons at anywhere between .4 and .6 ohms and the flavor is AMAZING! My ID is always 3mm and I found that having the coil set even just a hair above the tallest post hole lines the coil up exactly with the airflow holes. I measured to find where to sit my Coils. I like to vape the Nanos on my Tesla Threes since it's chipset reads resistance then fires at the sweet spot every time.

Sounds like what I've found to work. Kanthal Clapton (don't know the wire size) 3mil 5 wraps 0.05ohm. Wicks pushed through then lifted a little. Running 50 to 60 watts. Looking to get another mod that does TC well and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Plus I'm going to switch to SS coils. Maybe get the Slice cause I really like my 2 Wreckers. But they are my RDA desk mods.

The variability of experience with tanks is an interesting part of vaping. I liked the Aromamizer v2 but not the Supreme series. I liked the Avocado 24, others disliked it. Nano is in my sweet zone, I totally understand others preferring the Mini or Ammit.

End of the day, as long as we're not smoking it's a win [emoji5]

No, I used a 3mm Kuro coiler to make two tight coils. That's what I do in the Crius and it works fine on my IPv6 in temp mode. Should I try spacing the coils?
My Evic-mini seems to spaz out when trying to run TC with tight coils as well. Spaced coils in general are better for TC anyway ime.:)

Spaced for TC makes sense to me, since microcoils introduce loop-contact variability on top of the linear resistance change that TC is designed to accommodate.

(It clearly does work for some, but to me it has to be more YMMV.)

Exactly!
I have never tried the original Aromamizer but love the Supreme and the Plus, with a second Plus inbound. :thumb:

I still have a Supreme Lite in my PIF stash, PIF'd a Plus pretty fast. I used the Lite for about a week, flipped back to the v2 before I got the Av24.

Nano will stay in my keeper stash. Between it, the Av24, and the Ammit I'm really set for tanks. I think the Serpent RDTA could be fun, but no burning urge to buy one; 2.5ml pretty low capacity.

(Got them on those crazy GB $8 flash sales last year.)

All good, that is why we have such a variety.

I use the Ammit daily and do have a Serpent RDTA inbound. I'm looking at the Pindad and Cthulhu Gaia, and really like the look of the Oumier Wasp for a BF RDA.

After reading through this thread I seem to be wicking differently from every one else

I'm wicking it like a RDA
cutting to the edge of the deck
fluffing the ends
tucking it gently under the coil
no cotton in the juice holes
but covering the holes
coil is at the top of the left post hole
1mm from the post
---------------------------
Black Nano

coil - 1 7 wraps spaced
material - 26 AWG 316L SS
Ohms - 0.46
Watts - 35
Volts - 4.6
Temp - 460F
---------------------------
vapes just like my OBS engine
full flavor dense clouds

Cool! What made you think to wick it like that?

Great to hear it's working better hitt.
After watching the video above for doing single coils on the mini, I jumped on YouTube to watch more videos. Most were splitting the wick into four tails (two on each side). I think I'll try that way first. Seems simpler.
