The standard dual coil Engine would never be a rewarding mtl tank. The mini can be built with a single coil between the posts and then split the ends of the wick to fill all 4 holes. Might even be a little better as it's a 23 mm tank with a smaller chamber than the full size Engine.

I know a lot of people do it like that but I just don't get it... I have my wick ends touching the bottom.
Rayon? or cotton?

I keep thinking about getting one of the Dual coil Engines.. What one is the best???

The mini one is the best one imo. I have a spendy hellfire dripper and it works exactly the same. As stated above, it can be used as a single coil as well, some people use it that way but I do dual coils, I think 316L works better with dual coils anyway.

I was using cotton until recently. I'm using Rayon now...

That sounds like my Aromamizer v2 build [emoji5]

    Somewhere between here and there
I just did a quick visual on the three. I thought the nano was the same size but didn't want to say it without measuring them. So far I really like the regular engine. I put two regular 26ga 316ss coils in there for a total resistance of .23. I really like the flavor I'm getting from it.

Same, I trim them into a V and have the point touching the bottom of the deck. I have had flooding issues twice, but it was my own fault, not my wicking method.

Too little cotton my first couple of builds...

    Like so...

It took a day or so to get used to the full side fire button but I really like it now. Most of the settings are very easy to get into and change. It's about the same height as my ipv6x but a little fatter. It fits in my hand nice. The temp control works pretty good. I've been running the new engine on it in TC mode.

If your thinking predator go alien 220. I've had mine for 6 months and outside of getting one of the early models with the chipping paint it's fantastic. And me personally I don't care about the paint. I like that it looks "used".

I've been reading this thread as I research my first RTA. The OBS Nano is way up the leader board.
