I keep reading about lead in the metals of tanks,atties,now these and the juice reacting somehow to release it when vapping? Forgive my wonder here but if the juice we are vapping is capable of breaking down cast metal at the relatively low temperatures at which we vape,resulting in toxic gases then we need to rethink the whole safety or health benifit of vapping in the first place. I believe we are safe from lead in this case.
I got mine 2 days ago. Been using it since. im no vaping jedi but i am very impressed so far. this thing hold a lot of juice and doesn't need to be refilled very often. My commute to work is about an hour and 45 mins and this thing lasts that long and more.
When i first got it. it took about 20 drops to fill and 5-6 to top up. flavor and vapor production is great and for the 10 bucks this thing is totally worth it.
BTW im using the stock wick and it's going like a champ.
I just ordered one last night, they had some purple left so hey!...Anyone using one of these on an eGo, I am wondering how that looks? I don't think I will feel very comfortable puffing on some big ole purple mushroom tip!
Not using it on my Ego-C but i did buy a purple RDA and have been using it on my Legacy,and LavaTube 2(gray gun metal) and it looks good on both mods.Not sure about how it looks with black but i think it would look really sharp.

i dont prefer the look of a battery thats slimmer than the topper. and the octo is fatter than even my 1300mah spinner. it does look great however on a tube mod like a vamo or provari.
I just picked up one of these along with an Igo-L and was stunned by how big it is. It is around 19mm in diameter and 40+mm tall. It is almost double the height of the Igo-L. Looks great on the natural though. I have yet to use it.... Wanted to try out the Igo-L first. I would think it might look funky on an eGo. I'm sure if you used a tank cone with it, it might not look too awfully bad....
I bought 2 of these each for my wife and I, we both love them. I haven't had any leaking out the air hole (that would be tough as the airhole is in the center post and ducts down between the o-rings) but it will get gurgly if you overfill it. You would have to really overfill it to get it to leak. The flavor and TH on these are great. Just be careful when you pick it up, I accidentally picked one of my mods up by the atomizer and the top came off and slopped juice all over, totally my fault though...
It is pretty tight. It wasn't the first time that I did it and it only happened once. Fortunately the wicks had soaked up most of the juice so it didn't slop too much.
Holy crap I love this thing! Got it from EM, using the wick that came with it which came to 1.7 ohm. The coil is 6/7 wraps, with the outer 4 being nr wire so the inner 3 are the ones that glow. Any reason why it was set up this way?? I don't have or plan on using nr wire so it will be different when I re-wick it.
I love how the air-flow is set up. I didn't realise the air comes from below the coil which leads down to the side hole between the o-rings. No more worrying about leaking or keeping the hole pointed up! The draw is perfect for me, and I noticed I can even make it a little tighter by off-setting how the side air-holes line up. Holds a LOT of drops and vapes great. Zero complaints so far.

as far as the polished versions go, ive seen them too and figured it was more in the photo lighting then the RDA itself. but you never know. i actually was interested in shining up my anodized aluminum on my vmod (and octo) and made a thread. theres not many replies, but maybe the info posted there will help you out:
