remember to pull screws and o rings for the first wash as oil likes to hide in the threads and under the o rings.

Mine came in yesterday, just started playing with it. I also got the Omega and SST drip tips from Loki. The Omega looks good on the Odin and SST is really interesting on VA Divo.
I soak it in some tupperware with some dishwashing soap, hot water and a little oxy-clean. If you want to make it more fun, seal it real good and shake it up. I found out the hard way that the oxy-clean will build up pressure and blow the top off the tupperware a good 10 feet. Fun with science!
Then, to rinse, I actually put it in a coffee filter and run it through the Bunn. The filter keeps the hot water from draining too quickly, giving it a good strong hot water bath to get rid of any residual soap or machine oil.
Works like a champ for me!

That Omega looks nice on there... I ordered one with my Odin, but Loki accidentally sent me two Odins instead!
So my Odin finally arrived today, this thing can put clouds out on par with my Zenith, great flavor too.
The Odin is the best atty ive ever used in 4 years...just wish I could get some spare o-rings, they are perfect.
So the first set of coils I put in were acting...funny...the one coil was getting a lot of burnt gunk around it...and they flavor tasted off...I was using unflavored for the first time, and adding a few drops of flavored here and there...I think I wicked too much rayon in that burnt one or something...
So I decided to give it another clean. Put it in soapy water, then ran it through the coffee maker lol...
Re-did the coils, with the same specs..2mm ID, 28 ga duals, 8 wraps@ 0.67ohms...except this time I didn't slant them in a 45- kept them horizontal...
Much better results...! I think my RM4 is hitting harder at the moment though...same coil as this, only that one is slanted right now... I don't know what to make of that, but its all good!

My Odin arrived this past Thursday. I am looking forward to using my gizmo to build the new coils today. I've never built dual coils before so I am excited and a tad apprehensive about getting them mounted properly. I am going to use Super_X's video as my guide. I do have a silly question. Are those serial numbers on the underside of the deck?
Eta: I've got some KGD that should be here in a couple of days, but I am not waiting. I am going with the cotton I got from CVS.

Ha, you ninja'd my Odin!
I had ordered 2, but only one arrived. Let me tell you, I had a shipping notice for the second one from Loki within minutes of sending an email via the website.
Dear Other Modders: this is how it's done.
Thought my Odin would be delivered today since it went past Indy to Tennessee then to Indy yesterday and I'm a north Suburb of Indy. NOPE. It is now 1 hr and 45 minutes away to Lafayette, IN?????? USPS is so clueless it's scary.
Alright so my Odin came in and I've had a few days to play with it. Wow, once you get this thing tuned it freaking rocks!
Normally I vape Mundys Magic with RxW, which I love for the thick, flavorful , and warm vape. The coils also last for months. I tried various MM and RxW configs in the Odin but I was never successful , those are better off left to the small chamber single coil attys.
Then I tried a SuperX config with a dual .5ohm 29g coils with Rayon wick, and it just wasn't quite there for me, a little too wispy vape ( huge clouds, but wispy) . Then I did a dual 8 wrap of 28g 1/16 ID and BOOM it's the perfect lung hit. I'm running wide open air holes with the Router drip tip.

I used mine for the first time yesterday and it's amazing! I'm using 5 wrap 28g duals at .38 ohms and wow, it kicks some serious ayuss! I think I'm going to have to redo it though. For some reason, after using it for a time, I seemed to have picked up a hot leg on one of the coils. It's alright if I don't take a prolonged, super lung searing hit, but shorter lung hits.
Addit: This thing really sucks up the juice! I use twice as much as I do in my RM2!
