Not off hand, but when my injection molder informed me of it I looked at him like he was crazy. When they work with delrin he requires all of employees to wear resperators.
When im not mobile I'll look for the bookmarks I have on the matter.
This is why we switched to peek for insulators. Peek is bio friendly. Its used in many reconstructive surgeries, hip replacment etc.
Its minute amounts from insulators.. but still a risk, one we have chosen to avoid.
As for drip tips... there is more material so thus more formaldehyde. I'm not 100% sure if temps can get hot enough but again, rather not risk it.
When and if we become "rich" for what we do I'll be paying for the actual research.

Sooooooo.... speaking of making you rich, how about a nice little PEEK insulator for those of us with sensitive lips? Perhaps in assorted colors so they can match our mods?
