Hi my friend want to quit. I hope you are well. If you remember, my issue was a faulty one. It was my mistake. So it was not an issue. As for the testing issue of GG products, when did you notice that a GG product was not working as it was advertised? Examples like Grant, Slim, GGT, GGTS, AVS, UFS, Iatty, Odysseus shows that people never had a problem with those units exept the first days because the device was new and all people were trying to figure out how they work. I never release a device that has any kind of problems. But I know too many ventors that do the opposite. If I am wrong please correct me.
As for the Ody leaking issue, the solution I gave was easier than the original way to grab the wire if you agree again

Correct sir I should not make it as confusing you are right though with the experience level, however, a couple of weeks ago Imeo noticed a weird taste while vaping and found the issue right away if I remember correctly. With throughout testing of the unit things like these should have been found in the test runs rather than after the release.

again though I love imeo and I love the fact that the ody is really everything I was looking for when it comes to vaping I just sold it because it was too much of a airy draw on my PVS and my juice tasted odd (ceramic cup was cleaned).

Now as it looks he will release a better version of the ody (correct me if I am wrong please) (penelope) which will cost a bunch of money and I will spent it but if I notice an issue that has nothing to do with user error I will sell it right away. I just hope that the units he releases are tested to the smallest issue that once it hits the stores we can rest assure that there are no nasty surprises that is all.

When I make a new GG product I still support the previous ones. And of course a new GG product doesnt make the previous one useless buddy. But a new idea is always a new idea and cant stay in the drawer. I am sure that if other vendors had many ideas then they would do the same as me.

Thanks for all the input and again the first imeo thing I ever owned was the iatty and than the ody I don't even own a GG. As Poppa said though that is what I am trying to get at there was the UFS and shortly after the V2 than iatty than ody now penelope it feels like I throw money out the window every time he discontinuous something and releases something else that I of course have to buy than.

I want to emphasis that I am not " bashing" on imeo and his customer service or quality of products all I personally feel is that once he completed a great device it goes out for sale and soon after he himself notices smaller things that could be improved and Boom before you see there is a newer version and the other will be discontinued.

For GG fans that is ok but for people that are not a standard customer it makes me a bit uncomfortable to purchase any "new" version. Almost like Apple I am not sure if I should buy the ipad 3 since a new version comes out right away anyways.

want to quit, sorry but I have to answer to this post too. What is this 300-400 dollars thing? What is the 300 and what is the 400? And I think Ody costs 150 euros. And if you bought it only because you wanted a rebuildable atomizer then its cost is 90 euros. I also think that its very cheap for what it gives. Maybe too cheap. Extremely cheap, redicolous cheap maybe.
Penelope will not improve Ody. Penelope is just a different style, nothing else.

That is exactly my point sir. For $300-$400 you have to expect a 100% perfect and amazing vaping unit I never said I use or want cheap china made things. The point is I buy a ody for $400 soon after imeo notices smaller improves and comes out discontinuous one item and releases a newer version.

I just don't like it and it should not be like that. This way I personally (again ME) don't even feel confident with a purchase I make because I have to fear that a better and improved version will come 3 month later.

I also never ever said I don't trust imeo nor his products I also never said I compare any of his items with China made product the only thing I said was what I mentioned above.

J**2, GG availability is not good for sure. But the items you mention are in stock in my house. Full AD cap is not, I agree to this but fuse springs and all kind of springs are available all the time.

I've one beef to make. The rarity of spare parts. I've a GG stealth and have been waiting and waiting for expansion parts to make GGTS.

My GG blew fuse with shorted COV twin coil atomizer. No fuse springs in stock. Mod unusable. Fortunately I bought a Provari in frustration and therefore still have something to vape otherwise I'd have had to use a EGO

Springs on order (limit two !!) . Not arrived yet .

Imeo is a nice guy with lots of great ideas. My iatty2 leaks. Yes I watched the video. Yes I adjusted the o ring correctly. No the ceramic isn't cracked. No I haven't used twin wicks and will as soon as I get around to it.

I don't mind tinkering. I DO mind having poor spare part availability. The fuse springs should never be out of stock as the mod is dead otherwise. The expansion parts should be available.

Meanwhile I'm enjoying my Provari vaping at variable voltage with my i06 atomizer and my theecig glass drip tip.

I still dont understand why this is happening to some guys fright, including you. Its a really strange situation. I have never any leaking issues. If sometimes Ody gurgles because I opened too much the mouthpiece, I just blow air from the mouthpiece and its ok again

My Ody and I have a love hate relationship. Much like every girlfriend I've ever had lol. When it is good boy is it ever. When it is bad I get rivers of juice running down my hands.

Caramel cream out of stock now haha just kidding. Innovation doesnt happen if the bar isn't pushed. From what I see imeo breaks right through the bar. Though I dont have any gg items yet. The pictures and imeos innovation let me know these are one of a kind pieces that require attention and care. I had the ufs for two weeks I regret sooooooo much selling it but had to because of the eye ulcer I had. That thing was amazing. ...... me off at first when I couldn't figure it out. But then it was non stop burning through juice clouds everywhere.

It sounds like you have build up on your wick. You can replace the wick and coil. I reuse my coils until they break, but that's just my way of doing it.

Ms. T's Snickerdoodle is a pretty thick juice. After three days, I would probably just replace the wick and the coil. The way I see it, both the wick and coil is cheap to replace and I would rather get the best taste and throat hit as possible. Just me.

I really appreciate your answer.

It has been well over a month since my GG stealth spring fuse blew when COV dual coil atty shorted rendering the unit useless. The fuse springs were not available from Bruce initially. I checked 2-3 times weekly and finally ordered them on 3/1/12. They were finally shipped 3/6.

The reason I bought the Provari was the unavailability of expansion parts for stealth. I wanted to use 18650 battery as I have become a heavy vaper. I've been on the notification list for expansion parts for quite some time.

My fuses still aren't here as of noon today. I did email Bruce. He's a cool guy and offered to send me one of HIS. Since I had the Provari I didn't want him to bother.

My point to Bruce and you is that since the mod is unusable when the fuse blows they should always be in stock. This was not the case.

I remain interested in GG and would like to upgrade my stealth to GGTS. Currently Bruce doesn't have the parts.

I have a iatty2 and yes it does leak. I'm going to try using dual wicks if that doesn't work I'll dissemble. Maybe the ceramic is cracked. The o rings are in good shape, I take off the top cap when filling as directed etc.

Again thanks for the reply. Don't read too many posts. Start the lathe ;-)
