Am I the only one who's unexcited about the proteus and penelope? I only ever bought one 10440 mod and it was a joke for me as the batts didn't even last 1.5 hours before being drained completely so if it's a 10440 mod I'm definitely out :(

I am anxious to see what it is but unless things turn around money wise I doubt I will buy it. At least not at first. Now the vv module for GGTS I will sell my guns blood whatever to get.

Too true, the VV module is THE thing I've been waiting for, for a long long time ;)

As the saying goes "assumption is the mother of all ....... ups". Imeo stated that Penelope is a totally new type of atty but he never said that Proteus will be running 10440's. He just said it will be slimmer than GGTS. I think Imeo knows very well that the performance of 10440's is very limiting so I for one seriously doubt he would base any new design around the 10440. Judging from previous experience I think we will be pleasantly surprised by what he comes up with.

I imagine it will be a 14500. Imeo has compassion for us 7.4v ers, so I think we'll be getting used to 14250's or maybe a wee little kick to boost up the 14500 to say 5 volts.

I for one am lusting after something smaller than the GGTB but more powerful than the slim. Vape time will suffer butthat's just physics until new battery technology kicks in.

Penelope can't be anything other than a GG considering her creator so I can only well imagine what she'll be like.

I think vaping will change as we know it.

I agree with Capt. too.
Imeo never said anything about the battery size, but he did mention "very good autonomy" (=duration)
There's also a rumor that Proteus will be long size, maybe offering an option for 2 batteries.
I hope not to long...... I find the longer the PV the more clumsy I become

I thought I would ask is anyone would be willing to sell a Ody I am looking for 2 of them one for me and one for a friend any help would be great

Reg

You may want to post your request in the classifieds. You'll probably have better luck there plus Imeo prefers for us to keep trading and selling over there anyways. Good luck to you! :thumb:

So, My wife and I both drip into our GGTS's. I just lucked out on the Drip-Ody's. I believe I will be very pleased. My wife though, seems to be aiming at the Ody with a tank. What would I need to purchase/look for to be able to get all the pieces to go between all modes? I see there's a different base. Does the Ody-upgrade kit (when available) offer all the pieces? I just wanna know to get what I need while it's around. :)

You need to set up Ody in "drip mode". You need the drip mode base, short mode mouthpiece, Ody rebuildable part and the slimmer version of the lock down ring. You'll also need an extra UFS tank body piece to make it long enough to fit the Ody.

From what I understand, juice control is exactly the same as when using anything else in the UFS
