Said that already, but after 3 weeks of intensive use, I just wanted to thank you again for this amazing thing Imeo... So simple to use, crisp flavors, simply loves it. That is the only non-BF device that I'll keep on using now, really don't need anything else. I sold all my other tanks and cartos :p
So really...thank you mate, wonderful device you made!

...and the liquid control is what I'm loving most :) I can open it up as much as I like and haven't had any issues with flooding yet (crosses fingers) The biggest advantage I've found so far with the Ody and Penelope is how well they travel with me :D All my Genesis atomizers stay at home now :toast:
Liquid control is something that gives to users what was missing from all the other atomizers in the market. Also I believe that is the most easy to build atomizer (from users opinions)

Very glad to hear that you are totally satisfied with Penelope aid:toast:

Man you cant be more right than that, I cant leave home without my iAtty, Oddy and now the Penelope. I cant thrust on genesis for going out of home.

Manged to get free time to build my first coil tonight. Things working great, although I have to open the juice control a bit to get a decent vape. Anyway, small issue. I unscrewed the Ody from my Provari and noticed a bit of juice in the battery connection on the Provari...not very much, but enough to notice. I'm going to take it apart and make sure everything is tight as can be. I first screwed the ody base onto the Provari so it sat flush with the top of the PV, then screwed the rebuildable part in until it made contact with the center pin on PV. Not sure if that makes a difference on the leaking or not.

Also, is it normal to have to open the juice control to get decent vapor/throat hit? Thanks all!

I noticed the same thing on my provari (the juice in the atty connector) until i used a little petroleum jelly on the bottom o ring and the problem has stopped. Try that out...

I also am noticing i have to give quite a few turns to get a good hit... maybe coil too tight.

I use a high VG content juice on my Ody. I have a clear window on it from Kir Fanis and it appears that I keep the juice control open enough to see about a 2mm gap. If I don't open it up at least that much, I get burned, dry hits. Even with opening it up so wide, I have not had any issues with the Ody flooding, leaking or gurgling :)

I'm using 70/30 PG/VG at the moment, and still find I need to keep the juice control open a turn or so. Not a big deal, as I haven't had any flooding or gurgling issues, or leaking (unless the leaking out the center post is from keeping the juice control open)

I did put vaseline on the bottom post o-ring, so perhaps I just didn't use enough, or tighten it down enough. Will try tightening everything down again... though I hate to take it apart as I'll have to clean all the juice out :)

Would the hole down the center of the center post allow juice to make its way to the battery connection? Seems as thought juice could drip off the wick down into the open center post hole in the bottom of the ceramic cup. Doesn't seem like there's anyway to fix that if that's the case. I tore it all apart and washed off the juice, once it's done drying I will rebuild it again with a new coil/wick and try again, making sure everything is very tight. Worst case I'll just have to wash out the battery connection on my PV's every once and awhile.

you did the right thing Ty.

As for the liquid control, its normal to open it to have a vape. Thats its purpose, to open it exactly where you want it.

A drop or two of liquid is normal inside a mods connector. You must put this liquid out to avoid any gurgling

Have you watched Scott's video? He does it a little different. He screws the rebuildable part in until the center post sticks out a bit. He did this for more airy draw. I screw it in until I can feel the small oring getting compressed. My center post sticks out a hair more than Scotts does. I had small leaks like you mention until I started doing it this way. Here's the video in case you haven't seen it, it is the V1 though so the negative wire is done differently:

I left it over night, and there's hardly any moisture on my Provaris center post. So it's certainly not gushing out by any means :) It may indeed just be condensation, as it's just small specks of moisture/juice.

Imeo, I don't mean wash like soap water wash, just swab it out with my q-tips and perhaps a small bit of 99% Iso. alcohol every once and awhile.

unloaded, I set it up similar to you and Scott the second time I rebuilt my coil (last night) and find the draw far to airy for my liking, just wasn't getting the vapor or throat hit I was getting when having it sit flush atop my Pro.

I think I'll just deal with it, like was posted above, I doubt it'll cause any issues with my mods as long as I swab it out here and there. Not a big deal, small price to pay in my eyes ;)

Well I've broken two of my ceramics already :( Luckily I stocked up, and just ordered a couple more... can never have too many. Lesson learned, do not over tighten center post and nut holding ceramic in housing. Ugh.

Edit: Make that 3 ceramics, this last one didn't fit flush against the bottom of the ceramic housing, so when I went to secure it, it popped the bottom out. I can't imagine it'll cause problems using it as it is, might as well use it broken instead of risking another ceramic.
