If you don't want to use any solvents to clean out the Odysseus to get rid of that grandfather's aftershave taste, use milk. It was mentioned in this and in the german forum's thread.
I tried it yesterday and it worked great.
I took a cup of milk (3.5% fat), heated it in the microwave up till hot, disassembled Odysseus, removed both large o-rings and let it sit in the milk for half an hour. Dumped the cup through a sieve, rinsed with cold water and dried it with some paper towel.
After reassembly and 'a quick toot' the bad taste was finally gone and the taste of my favorite liquid is just good as never before.
2 ohms on a provari at 3.7 - 4V, stock wires and wick.
No leakage, only a slight gurgle after refill. I think it's the air pressure when you tighten up the top ring which forces liquid up the threads or down to the base.
But I need the larger tank, since the 2.5ml won't last long for me.
