I was bored last night, so tossed together a title sequence for a video review. Then I just started having fun with 3D space and sound, and... got a little carried away.

You might gather that I'm just a little excited to review this thing. Just a little. :D

It was a good excuse to get in some AE practice anyway. Kinda cheesy - silly to post, but I know I'm not the only one who's jazzed about this thing coming out... so figured why not. heh

Nice graphics..love the 3D

Based on the history of the GG...I'd say all of Imeo's creations are masterpieces.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I did this video just to saw to some friends that Ody is the most easy rebuildable atomizer in the world. Big pieces so you see what you are doing, no tools are required to make it, we forget the shorts ones for good

Ah this is one of my favorite parts to the Ody! I am excited at the ability to make my own coils. I couldn't do it with iAtty but this, I think I will be able to! :)

heh - thx guys - not a big deal really, the software that's out there today is just crazy. A little time and some good tutorials, and anybody can do it. Yeti, no 3DSM, just After Effects. Yes to the Optical Flares though (obviously - heh).

OK BP, its the best video I have ever seen.
You're way too generous sir. If thats the best you've seen, I think you're spending too much time in the shop, and I need to send you some good movies to watch! Wait, what am I saying, nevermind - stay in the shop - you're right, nothing else good to see. :D

Ultimately, 3D graphics are nice and all - but I'm looking forward to the close-up beauty shots of Odysseus that will come after these titles! mmmmmmm

the depth of each item is just an illusion - for each item, the same 2D comp (with a darker fill) is stacked behind it, offset just a bit in Z space, and they all follow a separate comp that just controls the movement. If you're careful with what angle you allow the viewer to see, and keep things moving, it looks like a full fledged 3d object. just smoke and mirrors

I've used the same trick, but with not as good of results as you got! Nice work man.
