I'll rephrase the question.
The Odysseus's mouthpiece attaches to the metal ceramic holder. If the Odysseus is dropped and it lands mouthpiece first, does the ceramic break or survive the mishap?
Poppa, I would think it would survive as there is no physical contact between the mouthpiece and the ceramic. Just my thoughts though.

You are not wrong Yeti but we dont need total seal there. To have the ability to not be able to inhale at all is useless. But it seals almost total with Iatty1 and it will bo the same with Odusseus

I've used a couple different SS tanks on my GGTS (without the GGTS top cap), and it only kinda-sorta seals. I assume the same type of seal with iAtty/Ody - am I wrong??

I havent done this Poppa, but if we keep in mind that mouthpiece doesnt touch ceramic, and ceramic has a smaller diameter that the metal around it, then it will survive as I see it.
If I remember correctly Imeo said the ceramic will be available as cheap replacement part, so I'm not worried about the lifetime of the ceramic.
I have another question: I think I saw a thicker wick (2mm) in the video? If yes, will this be available at the same time and also appropiate for the iAtty?

Yes Gredie, the 2mm fat wick will be available at the same time that Odysseus will get released. This wick will fit on Iatty too but it will work only if you fill the Iatty1 with liquid until the top of the cone. If you put more liquid maybe you will here bubbles and Iatty will not vape as we want.
Man this is really coming together! I don't know about the rest of you but I am getting as excited over this as the UFS and for me, that is saying a lot!

I think Ody will go faster then the UFS did because there are more people waiting for them and the initial kit will be cheaper. UFS actually took a couple days but again I think there were less people waiting on them

Yup im planning to take the day off work, or if i cant, making sure i have the website up at work so i can pre order it. How much will i have to put down to hold mine? or is it just pre order and get charged in full when it ships?

So i finally got un lazy and figured out all the dimensions and i no longer think my Provari will make the Ody look silly ( note if the ody looked silly its my provaris fault )

Now the next question is can you use a drip tip on Odysseus? I know its not needed, i just like the smaller opening for pocket carrying, i dont want pocket poop to foul my Atty. its happened before when my cart slid out of my atty in my pocket and lint and .... ruined my next Vape.
If its not a base feature, any chance i can order an extra mouthpiece to modify? actually i think ill want 3 mouthpieces one for standard sexyness, one to cut down to as small as it can reasonably be and be gripped... Maybe get it Knurled. Lastly one to shorten to drip tip it up.
