As I remember it you place the o-ring on the center pole either in the grove or up against the nut either one. When you place the ceramic/center pole into the base the o-ring will get pushed up against the nut. As I remember Imeo mentioned that when tightening the ceramic/center pole to the base there will be a "first" resistance as the o-ring is seated inside the base.
Imeo was just putting the o-ring where it was going to end up.

I got shipping confirmation for today as well from COV.

I've been off from work this last week so the days are getting jumbled up and I don't go back until Jan 2. All this sitting around, pursuing personal hobbies and interests......Loving it actually.

Who knows, maybe he is just preparing boxes and printing labels to get everything ready. I received my shipping notice for my SS Stealth last weekend but it didn't actually ship out until Monday... Maybe he is shipping them out tomorrow? I guess we'll find out soon.
Another step toward the Odysseus. Shipping notice received. Next step will ocurre next week so this weekend I can be relax and enjoy the holidays.
