Set up with Regular LR-510 Atty,,put small ring over Atty and screw down all the way,,,, put metal bottom tank on,,, then clear window,,, put an Ego adapter on the bottom, if you don't have an Ego adapter then a sealed 510-510 adapter,on tight,, once all is set up put first top cap on,,,,,, now fill the tank with syringe, then O-ring and final top cap on tight. vape away, This 510 Atty mode has been working very well over big mode with no leaking, no flooding, for me.

still havent opened it, i did read you use all vg juice. ones i have are really thin. so i wont move it unless it dries up. raspberry cheesecake imported from illinois super good lol

you are correct I am 100% VG guy but thats mostly because me and PG dont agree with each other but I do find VG produces a much thicker vape than PG did IMO anyway.... and I also DIY and one of my new favorite flavors is NY Cheesecake from Capella...

spoke too soon lol, an hr later half turn solved that, let see hoe long it lasts, i hope as good as your setup. concerning the nextel, can i put it in an oven that engine machineshops use to burn off the paint on engines? my bro is a engine machinist and has one of these in his shop.

wouldnt hurt to try say a small sample piece 6" or so first and that way if it doesnt no big deal... but at the same time you might find the next best way to heat treat Nextel... I really cant comment much on my method using PG juices the principle would be the same but with thinner juices it may require more adjusting than with thick VG juices...

im gonna order some, i just need a temperature to go by, dont want to melt the thing lol, it melts all the crap out of a block and they come out tu tu hot. so tell me about how it tastes compared to mesh and regular wick. rick did say it muffles the taste so idk

Well the Nextel melts between 2200 & 2600 degrees Fahrenheit.... so anything less than that should be ok.... and this is where me & Ricks taste buds seem to differ... for me the Nextel is chock full of juicy flavor goodness and I dont have near as good results with stock wick... but thats just my opinion and what my taste buds say.... mesh is cool and the flavor is good but its very very hot vapor and is best used if you like a very strong TH... for me its all about the Kiln treated Nextel but wick itself as well as juice and flavor is really subjective to the individual... not to mention the multitude of variations between the ohms of the coil, the gauge of the resistance wire, the voltage being pumped to it, and the consistency of the juice can all change the end results...

a good example of this would be the dual coil method... I have made dual coils for both 3.7v and 7.4v using my wick method... and the dual coil at 7.4v is really not much different than single coil at 7.4 volts... but at 3.7v the dual coil is great and almost like not quite but almost like HV vaping without the need to stack batteries the flavor is better IMO and the vape a little smoother...

I have 2 different styles of Nichrome that pretty much sit since I found Kanthal A1 and I have 32g, 34g, & 36g... I typically use the thinner 36g for HV coils between 2.5 & 3ohms... and use the 32g for dual coil set ups 0.9ohm @ 3.7v... and as of today I just got the 34g and will be playing with that in the next day or two to see if it just may be the perfect medium for both HV & LV vaping at least for me anyway...

LOL...even though I only use a 1/2" of Nextel at a time for each coil, but because I vape with dark juices my coils only last about a day or two and you would be surprised how fast you can burn through 10ft of wick....

why don't you dry burn krinkle? isn't this stuff supposed to be super durable?

it is and you can but I vape a lot of dark coffee flavored juices which gunk up really really bad and look so nasty when I pull them out I just throw them away... and after making a dual coil Im just lazy and want it to be done so I can vape again... and because its only a 1/2" at a time I'm really not that worried about it to fuss with it.... its just easier to make a new coil...
