I was going to post this little table I made to show the relationship (wattage) of the atomizer resistance and the PV voltage.

My coil is rated at 1.7 and I currently have 70/30 pg/vg. I currently have it on a provari and I can bump up the voltage so I don't think it's that. The taste is great just not so much vapor and this is my dialy juice so I know what I usually get on a carto tank.

Check out post #4687 on this thread. I also had lack of vapor on my provari because the draw was airy, but what I wrote in that post tightened up the draw and the vapor is exactly where it should be now.... and more!

imeo, have you ever tasted Johnson Creek Original? I finally have. Been vaping it almost exclusively for a couple of months (out of tank cartos, etc.). Assembled my new Odysseus drip mode tonight. My first rebuildable and I am fortunate that it was yours. Tasted my JC juice for the first time. Outstanding.

Namaste. And Thanks,
Stephen

Ok so I got the kir fanis big mode clear tank. What do I need to use the ody in big mode - just the long mouthpiece??

with kir's big mode tank, I think all you need is the big mode mouthpiece. Can't say for sure since I don't have his clear tanks, but the only parts required to turn short mode into full mode are the window, tank body extender and mouthpiece, so I'd say that's a good guess

Hello All,

This is a great video that Imeo made on the New, Odysseus / IAtty2 that just came out ! Note this is the (Odysseus new rebuildable part ) Video .

Odysseus new rebuildable part - YouTube

You see him put that little o-ring in the ceramic that many are missing.

Also check out the Odysseus-Wiki page , Odysseus - E-Cigarette Wiki

This should answer alot of questions people may have !!! This and many other video's are at the bottom of the Wiki page.

Best Wishes To All......:) Oh and Happy Independance day , and God Bless !

I ordered these from Amazon to tide me over since I'm a Prime member & get free 2 day shipping. I love Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004AF6KAA/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00

Amazon.com: Nickel Chromium Resistance Wire, Bright: Industrial & Scientific

Amazon.com: 30 Gauge .999 Fine Silver Round Wire 0.010" (Qty=20 Feet): Arts, Crafts & Sewing

I don't know how the wick is going to do. I guess I'll try boiling it first.

Not to be a downer, cuz god knows I'd love if it worked, but won't the coils burn the cotton wick? The current wick is a silica type (I'm pretty sure anyway) that's normaly used as a casing to protect wires from heat sources. The reason it makes a good wick is because it will never burn at the temps the coils in our devices put out. Wouldn't want to get it even a little dry or YUCK! Lungs full of cotton smoke.

Someone please clarify. I'd love to go this way if it's viable.

I have been using the cotton as wick for my iAtty and Ody for three weeks now and is just amazing, wicks flawless and flavor is cleaner. No dry or burn hits even with chain vaping. As long as the cotton is wet no problem with burning it. To me is a win and very cheap and available at almost everywhere. Few bucks for a bag of 100% cotton balls at Walgreens. :)

Of course no dry burn cleans possible.

Well bump my head!

WOW, that thread is a damn interesting read! AnilomNor, I see you are between ceramic and cheese cloth on your Ody. (Not sure how you would use SS mesh though) Care to link the products, or pm them to me please? I can't make out the brands in the pic you posted. I'm off to get some cotton and bamboo wicking stuff as well. Brain is swimming with ideas after that read!

Thanks guys. This really opened my eyes a bunch.
