"Just got the one piece "parva". How are you all able to keep the orings from not slipping out of the groves when reinserting the carto? I've lubed the carto and orings with juice and it seems the oring doesn't stay "put" enough to insert the carto. Nice looking piece, but looking for some recommendations on functionality."

One of my o-rings is beginning to have this problem. It's really tight on the carto, anyway, and now that it's been stressed a bit I sometimes begin to push it out when inserting a carto. I've got a few sizes of o-rings handy and next time the tank is empty I'll play around with different ones to see what fits best. Honestly, that's the only suggestion I can think of: try some different size o-rings to see what fits best

Just got the tank in the mail today. I'm thinking a thicker oring with same ID and OD.... hmmmm... the search begins.

The slap yo mamma thingy works very well for this. Before I got one of those, I used a paper clip to align the top O-ring on the Parva tank to not hang inside the hole. By doing that, if you carefully push the carto up, it goes up without squishing the O-ring.

Still loving my one piece Clean Tanks ;) I am using that slap yo' mama tool which makes filling a breeze. Also helps to seat the o-rings nicely though they are loose they seal completely.

I also got some of the food grade lube from Cisco/Avid and.. I love this stuff - like butter lol. Made even some of my old stubborn tanks come apart nicely so now I'm lubing the orings on the clean tank too. Amazing how much better the lube is than the ejuice I used as lube before lol.

Use a cheap drip tip that's not a Ming or a big belly pawn. Stick the drip tip endof the carto in first lubed with juice, or the slap yo momma tool.

Good tip on seating the o-ring. I have a tank filler tool and a couple of drip tips that are working well for the purpose, but it's still a ridiculously tight fit and hard to push through there even when well-lubed, hence my desire to try other size o-rings

EDIT: it could just be my cartos, too. I've noticed quite a bit of variation on some, one carto will fit just a little loose and the next will be hard to get in

I'm still loving my tank. I pared down my collection to a few favorites right around the time I bought my Parva tank, anyway, and the Parva has been the one I've used most since it arrived :) I actually dropped it today at work, fell maybe 5 feet onto concrete and there's not a mark on it. I certainly wouldn't repeat that intentionally, but I have that much more respect for the quality after having that experience

I picked up a parva tank as soon as they went "live," and love it! The inner o-rings are pretty tight, but I'm not complaining one bit. I like that it's tight, doesn't slip off the carto even if people who I let try my PV hold it by the tank. I use a slap yo mama tool, and still get a little bit of o-ring slippage, but a little jiggle and wiggle and it goes back into place! However, sometimes my tank gets stuck on my Provari from refilling. I'd have to wait a few hours to a day or two for the o-rings to squeeze out the juice I used to lube it.

As far as suggestions to improve the inner o-ring issues, maybe (if they even make o-rings like this) an o-ring that is a little thicker, and has a "flat" outter edge to fit in the groove. And having the inner part of the o-ring round like it already is so that the it slides in as it does. But I don't even know if they make o-rings like that... Maybe a new project? LoL
