btw, repeating; V2 Long Barrel is AWESOME; vapor and flavor sure, but the difference is the DRAW is not like the others; which were a little airy. This one draws a little tighter; towards the feel of an analog (?), and you can just feel the vapor as you draw... it's just awesome.
vaping it on Provari at 3.2v... It can take a lot more voltage but why bother? It's all there.

I'll be darned. I just tried that out - I usually go for higher wattage than that, but that's a really good vape.

Using one of the new Super T Tanbur tips... Really nice!

hmmm, can't find anything of interest on the forum.
besides my AVA LR on my VMax at 3.7v, along with my stock of HH357 901 and 510's I don't see anything of interest; anything!
Nothing is as good as HH357 (AVA is not bad) or better...
ECF is getting boring... HHA HHA

I don't even need my VV's for the 357 LRs. I've reached a plateau.

I love my Trippy Tips, I got from MsTs (snickerdoodle is my favorite)... they are the best d/t imo because of 1. the glass 2. the double o ring base, and they are pretty...
BUT forget about winning a Donut (which is the one style i want).... they are impossible for me buy when the sale goes up. I tried 3 different sales and it takes so long to get the choice processed, I lost my Donut to faster closer competitors every time. I quit. I will never read or post on the TT thread... it's just too frustrating. Never again.
I'll have to wait and get a Donut some other way.
I don't know why Bert doesn't just make Donuts and Donuts.... he puts up about 12 each sale (of about 65 TT's) and they go in the first 30 seconds with maybe close to 100 people trying to buy them. Like the Reo VV sales. Some cyber units (computers) are somehow wired in for better response. In Hawaii, I don't stand a chance.

Gonna sell some VV soon and pare it down... will keep lots of HH357's and a few devices.
I think it's no longer about the APV anymore, thanks to Hanna. It's all about the atomizer.

Don't really care much for the glass tip or the artsy style. I just want something that won't give me JIM. Isn't there a delrin donut tip anywhere in the world? How has China not knocked this off yet...
I know that it has been three weeks since you posted this but if you dont mind the look of a really long DT I just picked up a tanbur specifically for my 901 357 and have not had any JIM yet, its about 2 inches long. I also have not read the rest of this thread so if this has already been suggested I apologize.

I got a V2 btw.

Edit: Ha I see that the recent posts include the tanbur :)

Haven't heard of the Tanbur before this thread; any links?

The Pyrex from Theecig does a good job, but the single o ring needs to be replaced as it will get wobbly once it wears. The double on TT is better in the long run not to mention the trippy designs.

btw the V2 901 has improved draw as well as the V2 510...

the tanbur is a little down on the page, its the really long one lol. It only has one o-ring but mine came with two or three spare o-rings.

look inside at the coil area (it's a bridgeless atomizer so you can see the coil sitting in the ceramic cup).... look to the sides of the cup where the steel wool filler is (surrounds cup). If you see a aprox. 1 or 2 mm hole in the wool, on each side of the cup, you have a V2. No hole, you have V1.

newb questions :)

Structurally, what's the difference between the .357 V1 and V2? How do I know which one I have? (got it last week, not custom)

that's exactly what I see. Its like on each side of the cup there are two layers of steel wool, in between both layers is the hole you speak of

what threw me was someone on another forum posted some pics and the mesh material looked different, it was all shiny and silvery, mine looks more goldish...

Here you go on HH.357 1.5 shorties. I don't find a huge vape difference, but V2 stays cleaner longer, seems less prone to clogging.

hey just wanted to throw in here that if you are using a 901 to 510 adapter for your 901 hh atty, and the adapter has a hole in it just under the 901 threads and also has a center post with a straight cut in it, you will get better performance if the 901 is screwed onto the adapter first as tight as it can go and then threaded onto the device snug. This will block the holes and only allow air to come through the side air hole.

I have been using the 510 1.5 HH.357for a month now and it works great. I ordered a HH.357 LR1.5 901 and got it about a week ago. It works great great vapor and flavor, but the draw is super tight. Is the 901 always a tighter draw? I never used a 901 atty before. Also the 510 is a v2 and the 901 is a v1 idk if that makes a difference in the draw.
