Hanna doesn't send out junk... as far as I know he makes every one by hand, that is the coil and mesh wicking... and yep those holes show it to be V2.
What you have it is the state of the art in atomizers today.
Someone tipped me off that the multiple coil wraps help to form a solid line of juice to vaporize; thus the great taste, which is even better than the Genesis or GG coils (SSmesh or Kanthal around wick) which are wider spaced apart.
Got my new hh.357 and been using it for 4 days and my old one is getting sent back to me in a couple of days. Is this what the inside is suppose to look like? Seems like my wick is too long on the sides and the mesh has holes in it.

Still vapes like a charm. Just wondering. Is it possible that the long wick and mesh could cause a problem in the future?

didn't mean to sound offended; you'll just have to see i am over the top about HH357's... :) Just meant to be helpful, and I like talking about them.
Funny how 99% of what's on the ECF is not about these beauties. Hanna has made everything else obsolete in my mind.
Even with all the stuff in my signature, I recently sold off about $400 worth of APV and acccessories (about 50 various atomizers, Genesis, Odyseus, iatty, a couple Provari's and more) and bought a doz. 357's.
I use a 2.0 and 2.5 Ohm 357 on my VV's, but it's not any better of a vape than a LR 1.5 357 on an eGo batt, and there is NO better vape anywhere.
It took me a couple weeks to get synced with using them, and i killed my first 3 within 2 weeks each, but now I'm rotating 4 of them and I can't kill one.
The best way to use them is to use just enough juice to get it vaping, but try not to dry hit it. Follow Hanna's vids for vaping and cleaning.

No offense my first hh.357 was a defect as stated by hanna. That's why I am getting a replacement for it for free. I was just wondering if my second one was also a defect. And thanks for the info. Spending 20$ on an atty will bring many questions to my head.

So after all the information gleaned here :?: I went with cleaning.

Blow out from battery connection, in vodka for an hour, blow out, loaded with about a ml of VG. Left 24 hours. Blown out.

Now ohm's at 1.4. Performing OK. Certainly not 357 standard or even pre break in standard. Will see what the next 48 hours bring.

Soooo I was press ganged by Cisco to buy a long barreled 357 at Vapestock. He was merciless and relentless in his quest !

N'ahh only joking for those that have not had the pleasure of meeting him let me say it will be a pleasure.

That was three weeks ago and it has been behaving like a champ in my VMod ever since apart from a brief couple of days on an Ego and ProVari dripping to get to grips with it.

Have been vaping it today, well everyday, and had just changed batterys and it struck me the vape was a little warmer than I was expecting. So out with the multimeter.

After 3 weeks it is ohm'ing between 0.9 - 1. I usually push between 2 - 5ml a day through it depending on which of the two mods I carry has the juice I am preferring that day in it but it does get used a fair amount.

It is still vaping like a champ but am concerned about the loss of resistance after 3 weeks.

Today's conundrum is....clean and see what happens or just carry on vaping ?

what kind of an issue were you having to begin with Andy?

Cleaning it brought it back to 1.4 ohm's.

After 7 hours vaping on and off it is starting to behave like a good Cisco so will carry on hitting it to see how it goes.

I have never seen an atomizer so dirty in my entire life. I chain vape 0mg, and never has it even came closed to looking like that. Same HH since November, and it still runs strong and the only time it gets dirty, is the wick gets too dark. Is that what Nic does to the coils or am I just extremely lucky?

hmmm yeah, ooops; got to check all the colo, resistance, and styles combo's. Seems the standard 510 body is the most popular, but i thrive on 901's.
I stocked up at least a month ago, and with many V2's (when they were custom only)... and since I've learned how to treat these babies I haven't had to buy any... just saying.

Put on Vapage Hybrids and they are fine.

Just think the Aeros, sorry for keeping mentioning them on the 357 thread, had reached their time. They had lasted over 3 months.

The 357 was probably my learning curve with it. I seem to have to break a type of atty a time or two before getting to grips with it.

At the moment I have a few options to play with. Really want that atty tank to be honest.

The idea of a 3 ohm 357 in a tank on a ProVari may just have me putting away a genisis atty. Especially if say 3 - 4ml.

I killed 2 357's in the last week. They were about 2 to 3 months used, and that's using 3 in rotation plus an AVA. (3-4 pv's in rotation)

But that's a big improvement for me as before that i was getting 2-3 weeks out of them.

I vape hard, and in the last month old habits came back; letting them dry burn to see if there is juice in there, as i get the best vape with just the right amount of juice on the coil, and too much is the worst.

Apparently I'm wrong; too much juice = sub par vaping but it can be vaped down. Better to vape it down than risk dry burns. I have back ups so I was getting careless. Hard habit to break.

Put on Vapage Hybrids and they are fine.
