I meant to ask, is there any info on the 357 tank???

I meant to say it's better to keep them flush with juice than to dry burn just to make sure that i don't overfill. Better only in the sense that they will last longer... that's my theory so far and i credit the extended times i'm getting to that practice.
I believe they died because i got away from it. - 'cause i got back ups, and some credit with AVID.

would love to know about the 357 tank, way way back, before a vape fest vid that featured Hana, they were talking like it was almost ready. I guess some major obstacle came up though.

QUOTE=ukeman;6742235]I killed 2 357's in the last week. They were about 2 to 3 months used, and that's using 3 in rotation plus an AVA. (3-4 pv's in rotation)

But that's a big improvement for me as before that i was getting 2-3 weeks out of them.

I vape hard, and in the last month old habits came back; letting them dry burn to see if there is juice in there, as i get the best vape with just the right amount of juice on the coil, and too much is the worst.

Apparently I'm wrong; too much juice = sub par vaping but it can be vaped down. Better to vape it down than risk dry burns. I have back ups so I was getting careless. Hard habit to break.[/QUOTE]

I got the impression of a 6 to 8 week timeframe from Cisco at Vapestock so that would be in the next 2 to 4.

But those were impressions rather than promises.

I tried it. It seemed to work very well as you would suspect.

Thing is we know both Hanna and Cisco are both sticklers for perfection so I wouldn't expect it to be rushed to market till they were absolutely happy.

You say you've tried the 357 tank? If so, could you give us more informations about it?

It is most unremarkable.

I guess it was a prototype in black delrin. To look at it was no different to any other tank other than it had a long barrelled 357 going through rather than a carto.

The 357 had a small slot for feeding.

No confirmation on this but suspect that the tank system was why the long barrel was developed. Low stock or side benefits were discovered meant they were released without the feed slot pre tank launch.

Unless you saw the 357 atty logo you would not have thought it was not a carto tank. Yes I checked it was an atty not a carto with 357 on it.

Other than a good bottom feeder with a 357 atty, or a top feeder; I have a VVPV, I can't think of a better vape setup than a feeder for the 357; which is what the Tank is meant to be.
I have stuck with dripping as my main vape method, as I vape 90% of the day at home. I use the bottom feeders with the Aero for on the road. When i get lazy, but still want to chain vape, one device will get that LR 357 pretty hot, so I have 3 - 4 devices, and I try to keep them all loaded (at least one of my VV's has an AVA on it).

I suppose even with the 357 tank, I'd get that 357 atty pretty hot if I just relied on it alone.

Andy, I think the *zinger is that it's an "atty" Tank. I don't know of any atty tanks other than the UFS from GG or some sort. Tanks up to now are all carto tanks, and I don't even bother with those things in any form.

hmm thats true... most folks seemed to really like it; when it did work right.
it not only used the atty but also has a proprietary ceramic wicking cylinder or something...
if i were more astute, i'd have tried one...
but i've had so much "back ups to back ups" of other things, and needing a alphamax or whatever it was PV, didn't go there.
I do like the AVA atomizer though.
It's a heavier vape imo than the HH357. Most likely because I have to crank the voltage a bit to get best vapor. Strong and warm. Chain vaping can be harsh on the lungs. Whereas the 357 is full vapor but not so heavy, and great taste too.

AVA Res tank came and went.

Not sure if that is still around.

I would be willing to give this a try as a 3 ohm 357 in a tank on a ProVari...well it just sounds like such a winning combination or say the Opus.

I haven't gone through the new thread in its entirety yet but I thought it would nice to post this. I have been using the same HH357 2.5 ohm atty since last September with my Provari and it has been a god send. So it will be a constant everyday atty for a year in 2 months time. Best atty EVAR.

Hey everyone,
I've been reading through the thread but haven't found an answer to my questions, so I'll ask-
I have a 2ohm v2 HH short barrel, been using it for only a week or two with 50/50 juice. I feel like my drip tip is almost touching the mesh around the edges (I did a rough measurement, I figure theres only a couple millimeters between the bottom of the tip and where the mesh/atty starts. Sometimes I suck juice through the tip, and usually when I take the tip off, I get a big drop that flies off. Is there something I can use to lengthen the barrel or a tip that has a very short portion that goes into the atty? I do have a 1.5ohm long barrel I just got, but no need to use that until this one dies...
Any ideas/tips appreciated! Thanks!

duh just tried and my cherry vapes universal just fits into the top of the HH, but its too long, and looks pretty wonky....

The long barrel with a regular 510 drip tip is pretty wonky long too.

Perhaps one of those tiny delrin 510 tips on a long barrel would be shorter, but not by much.

Yea it would work, I love shorty delrin tips, I use them most all the time. But I'm not using my LB til the short barrel is dead, so what to do with the shorty for the rest of its life?
Hey what voltage do you guys run you 2ohm HHs at? I started mine at 3.8v, and slowly worked it up to 4.2v, where I'm at now.

My .357 Vaped fine on my Screwdriver e-cig for a good 3 weeks, cleaned every week. I did not ever blow out of the wrong end of the atty. Now, I am getting VERY little vapor, sometimes so little that I exhale AIR. I occasionally (about one out of 50) get a nice hit full of vapor, but it is extremely frustrating. Can you help?

I'd guess it could be the atty is nearing its end.

If you are cleaning it weekly etc, then it could be just what many have experienced; these are disposable attys and although many are getting super long run times (8 months +) many are not. I find that I get about the same as any other atty i have used.
Started out getting 2 weeks... I'm hard on them.
But with care not to dry burn too much they have lasted up to 5-6 weeks ... and I have to admit I'm hard on them; chain vaping, too many dry hits because i hate overfeeding.

We pay for the time involved in Hanna making these. IMO the flavor is unbeatable, and I factor in the fact that a 1.5 Ohm on an eGo batt vapes perfectly, so if i couldn't afford a high end APV I can cut down on that end of things.

I sold $ 400 worth of ecig gear and bought a doz HH357's .

Most of my 357 stock is 901 but i have a couple shorties. I use mostly pyrex d/t's... which help with juice not getting so hung up.
Looks like you are using your creativity to find something/s to innovate a solution there.
THe shortie seems to be what the initial knock on these were in the beginning; juice popping...
