Both attys brings something different to the table most defiantly.
I'm not shy about comparing... my main reservations for the HH are the price tag and the current lack of resistance options. I vape 70/30 tobacco and flavors. I'm having a little trouble not over-feeding the HH but generally speaking it's just flying on my favorite tobacco. Flat out mach II soaring on tobacco. On other flavors it's just not very good in comparison with 1.5ohm cartos or other attys. The vapor and TH of the HH are noticeably better than the Vapage for me. Not light and day but I notice the difference.
On the other hand the bottom-feeder Vapage, even with the looser draw, works quite well across the board. And the flavor is excellent across the board. Just not quite the same hit and satisfaction off my tobacco. The feed system makes it a bit looser but it also has made it difficult for me to screw up.
Longevity can't be decided yet. Visuals would suggest the HH should last as long as a Ford Truck. I'll see how that plays out.
In terms of customer service? Hanna and Cisco have done very well in my opinion. I haven't had interactions w/ Vapage to compare yet, I'm waiting on responses that were provided preemptively in videos and tutorials here for the HH.
For me the bottom line is I'll end up buying more of each for probably another run before deciding which I like better for the long run. And both are better for me than any other atty I've tried so far..
Here is an intangible for me.. I'm drawn to the HH because of the average-joe guy making them by hand. And standing behind them as men. That's really cool to me given the few years of dealing with faceless entities out of China. -Magnus

Minor update on my progress with results of using the HH .357...
- Flooded it yet again at 7:30pm 8/8/2011 (user error)
- Cleaned the atty via blowing the buildup gunk by direction of airflow (7:40pm 8/8/2011)
- Primed the atty with 6 drops
- cold draw / no power
- Vaping
- Dripped 4 more drops and vaped away but still flavor is muted
- Voltage load on my bat read 3.80v (7:51pm 8/8/2011)
- Voltage under load read at 3.40v (7:51pm 8/8/2011)
- Voltage loads seem rather interesting, seems as if the HH .357 Hybrid atty doesn't drain my bat as fast as other attys
- Vaping it for almost 10 hours (give or take breaks here and there)

I am jealous of your job sir!
I own both, the Hybrid 510 2.0 ohm and the HH .357. I had the opportunity to use my Hybrid for 4 days before receiving the HH .357. I spent four days gathering frustration as each day passed. Issues ranging from juice leaking from the battery connector, dry burn, inconsistent taste, TH, and vapor. I used at least 8 different e-liquids ranging from 80% PG/ 20%VG to 30% PG/ 70% VG. I used my Pearl Pulse AV vaping at 3.5, my eGo fully charged at 4.2v, and the Bombshell at 3.7v. The only expectation I had for the Hybrid 510 was that there would be a break in period before finding my comfort zone. After 4 days of usage, I should have at least found some consistency at least when using the same PV and e-liquid for a four hour period. The day I received my first HH .357 atty, I was still willing to keep working with the 510 Hybrid. All the way up until my 4th top up on the HH .357. The HH .357 blew me away on the very first vape. The flavor of the juice I was using blossomed to life. I was tasting hints of flavor I had never tasted before, in juice I had been using and loving for months. For the first time, since I had started vaping Oct 2010, I experienced a true TH. And all I can say about the massive amount of vapor is "I have died and gone to Vapers Heaven". I'm still using that first HH .357 and today makes 3 weeks and it is still knocking my socks off. I haven't coddled it and treated it like its made out of bone china. I have been using it like it was made to be used "hard". As far as cleaning, I have cleaned it once a week by soaking it in Everclear for 15 - 30 minutes and turning on the sonic cleaner for 5 - 10 minutes. Typically, I don't use dark colored juice and none of my e-liquids are super sweet. I have found that I prefer a 50/50 mix in the 357, but all of my mixes work well. I did have one e liquid sput-n-spit, but from what I have learned, some juice supplies add water to their e-liquids.
Now, with that said, I am going to repeat my initial comment, "I don't even think it is fair to compare the Vapage to the HH .357. They didn't even have a chance"! Maybe later down the road, tweaks will be made to the 510 Hybrid and I will feel differently about this atty. Overall, I am not complaining because all it cost me was $8. I am very pleased with the HH .357's performance to date. Is $22 unreasonably for this atty? Absolutely not! It preforms like a $22 atomizer, top class. As of today, I am into my 3rd week with my HH .357 atomizer and I would consider myself blessed if one of my 1.5 ohm atty's lasted a week of non-stop usage. A Cisco LR 1.5 atty runs $9 a pop, one a week would be $27 at this point. So currently I have saved $5.
To all in the vaping community that have purchased the Vapage 510 Hybrid and are pleased with their experience, I am truly happy for you. It's not been my experience, and when you get right down to it, who really gives a rat's as* what my experience is with anything, but me!
Now, lets talk about the wine..... It's all gone darnit! And I can't wring out the bottle to get the last drop%@#@*!

Something went awry today, when I get back to Florida I'll have to contact Hanna and see what he suggests.
The HH is producing almost no vapor now. Nothing seems wrong visually but I'm obeying the man's request and not sticking anything in there. Just did a normal cleaning but the same.. the feel of the vacuum when I pull is still there, just a tiny little pip of vapor though.
I've used it to excess since I got it so maybe I was just asking for trouble. :-/ -Magnus

Juice could easily be the culprit. I'm not suggesting that it is for sure but it certainly could be. I'm using a DIY 80/20% PG/VG. You may just need to clean it more often, if it's the juice, maybe even twice a week...

I have been using a different juice now (not the thinn mint that you love) and it is performing better. You should try something else. I think that one may be too watery and that might be the problem.
