Sigh, after reading all these damn reviews and seeing all the different flavors; from salty stripper to Capt Crunch to graham crackers to coconut, the only flavor I didn't want it to be was raisin. I don't hate raisins, but I don't have a box in my desk at work either.

Well, this tastes just like raisins to me. I think I'm getting a bit of the graham cracker on some hits, but mostly I'm getting raisin. I would say that I like it more than I dislike it however, it's certainly not like anything I've ever vaped before and the quality craftsmanship in juice making is definitely evident. I have it in a 5ml Smoktech Artemas tank with a 2.5ohm carto at 4.7v right now.

I got my first bottle of Boba's a few weeks ago. I tried it after about a week and didn't get it. At all.

Different strokes for different strokes, I guess, but I remember when AVE was having all of their problems with the website and people were on their FB page saying all sorts of crazy things, including telling AVE that they were going to be to blame if a bunch of people went back to analogs because they were not able to supply a sufficient quantity of this juice. It was sad and funny at the same time.

Needless to say, when I finally got a hold of this stuff, I was nonplussed at best. I mean, it's not terrible, but I don't see how so many people think that this stuff is so different from the thousands of other tobacco flavors out there. It's totally unremarkable to me. I'm not huge into tobacco flavors, but I think I would choose the Copper Creek House Blend over this any day. I could at least get through a bottle of that.

I just wasn't getting what I wanted out of a carto so I moved it over to the iclear 30 and there is a pretty nice change. I can now taste the tobacco with the raisin and together they were intriguing. Not sure if it's all the hype or something I just want to be so, but I'm liking the direction this is going now. More experimenting and steeping to come.

Juice is so different from user to user that it's hard to take reviews as anything other than suggestions to try.

I see people order 100ml of a juice they never tried I cringe. I ordered 18ml of boba about a month ago, and it ended up being something I really enjoyed. Not overly sweet, not overly tobacco. It's very complex.

I'm also a fan of graham crackers and raisins so it wasn't something I had to "get past"

I've tried it in my mini protank and a boge carto. Been good and very similar in both.

Steeping really does tone down the raisin and bring out more graham cracker, although I didn't mind it right out of the mail. Got two new 30ml steeping right now

I'm getting the same results as you Pstar. On my kangers I have to remove 4 or so flavor wick strands to wick properly. I was getting alot of raisin then it faded abit while the graham cracker/cinnamon danish is more noticeable and undertone of chocolate and caramel. I've tasted a drop of BB and it's very close to a Lychee fruit, similar to a grape flavor but sweeter. Several times when my PV didn't fire, it was like a grape juice. I've read countless reviews to help me understand what I'm actually sensing but what this ejuice is mimicking is a mystery to me. At one point I thought it was a Raisinet, then a Mounds Bar with Mango, and a Chocolate covered Pomerganite. This is a unique blend and my ADV.

I get fig more than raisin. Two weeks steeping does make a difference as well. The tobacco is really coming forward now. It wicks like asphalt though.. Yeah, I reordered. Lol. It's good, whatever it is. :)

Next time you are in the mood for hors d'oeuvres try this: a soft slightly sweet cracker topped with date jam, a thin slice of Brie cheese, crowned with a mild mini martini olive. This might sound crazy but Guess what, you will instantly recognize the flavor.

I have to be totally honest. I can't taste much with bobas, I'm having the same problem with el kamino from good life vapor. Not sure if my taste buds aren't back yet or what, but I've had a bottle steeping for a year or better and still nothing. 11 days officially smoke free, hopefully I can taste the awesomeness eventually!

I think there are a lot better juices but I think I found the draw to Boba's. It is very mellow and easy to vape, good vapor production, solid flavor and a particular taste. I don't think I've found an ADV in all my juice experimentation, but I can pretty much vape this all day without having to change.

I have coffee vapes in the morning, fruit vapes in the afternoon and then sweeter juices in the evening. Between Boba's and two good RY4s I've found (Vaper's Knoll and ECBlend), I'm liking the direction my vapiing experience is heading. I have a wide array of juice flavors and some go-to juices in Boba's, Dragon's Crown from EC Blend and those RY4s. :thumb:

I want to love Boba's. I want to be part of the club. Unfortunately, it's not working for me. I got it from Alien Visions (100% VG was the only choice). It's steeped for 17 days. Do I need to wait longer?

I find that it really turns on at the three week mark. I loaned a month old half empty bottle to friends today to try for a couple days. (Am I a good friend or what?) I opened a four day old bottle tonight and really noticed the difference. Smelling the bottle, it seems identical, but gone is the throat hit, the complex flavor, and any tobacco note. Night and day. Give it another week or more and you will get much more from it. I'm not a big fan of steeping and usually two weeks is my "toss it" point if a juice doesn't fully develop, but I sure have seen the difference in Boba's. Surprised me actually.

I adore Boba's Bounty. I just got into DIY and it is the only juice I am certain I'll continue to buy.

So far the flavors I taste WITHOUT A DOUBT are honey flu cured, a dominant raisin flavor(it really comes out after steeping), and a rouding nuance of sweet bold Graham Cracker. These are the three flavors I pick up. In fact, when I chain vape Boba's for days I can ONLY taste the raisin.

Now, there IS this strange and obscure almost "grainy" nuance I taste. Maybe it's a soft black tea note, or black honey, maybe even a background note of the raisin. It's like a leathery, but earthy note. I am NOT certain but it is the only note I can't 100% make an educated guess on.

No....I go home and cook it. Look, Im not knocking Ben for creating this recipe, and making money off it. In fact, more power to him. IN MY OPINION, its not a super juice. If I was in his shoes, I would make a bazillion dollars off of it for a few years, and then release the recipe for the less fortunate who cannot afford to keep paying for it , but want to enjoy it by making their own. I really dont think his profits would drop that much, because not everyone wants to DIY. IT is just something I would do, thats all.

Awww. That's nice. Did you think of that at the last "occupy" camp out?
