I just am floored that banks continue to screw with legitimate businesses that are not breaking any laws. Especially the "holding funds" stuff... it is reprehensible.

what is worse is that they didn't contact me, just let it happen, I didn't know until I went to pay for more orders and couldn't

In case it helps, one of the ECF suppliers I used recently used a site called wepay. I haven't checked their terms and conditions, but it looks like something than can be set up quickly.

It started with Paypal and keeps spreading. I think they have got worse since the FDA ruled they are a tobacco product. They haven't shut off any of the big suppliers yet but probably will. I see HI is trying to put a 70% tax on all ecig supplies. I think the Big tobacco, Pharmicutials and Government are starting to see they are losing their biggest supplier of cash, the addicted cigarette smoker and don't like it.

the weird thing about them being ruled tobacco products is, there are MANY websites out there accepting paypal to buy cartons of cigs. And I thought the fda lost that battle so far anyway...

Mebbe you could PM him, and get his advice? He's a really great guy, and might have some good input to help you with your situation.

Well thanks to you, I found out that WePay didn't shut me down, they just moved their payment tools around, so at least there is that. So I will put a notice on the website under check that I will send WePay bills for the time being

FSUSA just went through a big mess and said they found a company that supports vaping. I'll be back with a link or something.

ETA: mauisun is the ecf name to try. They had a heck of a time instead of a couple of weeks it went on much, much longer, but said the new company is solidly in place.
