And talking about the connections and the internal resistance of them, THIS is where the P3 connector REALLY shines... there is SO much less loss in there than in the traditional 510. The ground path alone probably has triple the contact area. (assuming you pair it with an atty that is native P3)

And that's one reason hybrid mechanicals hit so much harder than those with 510's. :) Too bad the P3 connector isn't taking off as much as it should - the 510 needs to die (though 510 adapters are still needed in the interim - ahem ;)

I believe the P3 connector will possibly catch on more when people actually understand why it's better...

So you believe there is a market for a P3-510 adapter even though it will increase the stack height of the atty?

I really want to see the P3 and HoH's z2 do well, but it seems to be an uphill battle.

I think Zen~ put the specs on the z2 out there, to get something going but the only thing I've seen was Steam Monkey's rda, and I guess that has fallen by the wayside now.

But there is hope as long as the Zenfindels and ProVape users take advantage at least.

If the P3 type connector catches on and is used outside of provari.....absolutely. till that day...doesn't provape include such an adaptor?

Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping

Zen, as an interim workaround, in a word, YES.

It may be high, and it may be fragile, but it would also be the ways and means towards a true transition.

The P3 isn't quite as robust as the Z2... and Z2 came first... but P3 is still a GREAT connection... it would be MUCH easier to make a P3-Z2 adapter than a P3-510 version.

They do... in the opposite direction... people have been asking me to make a 510 male to P3 female so they can use their P3 attys on their 510 devices.

Yes - I believe it will help the P3 connector adoption. I think many people are not buying P3 atty's because they could only use them on their P3 (and now Radius). It's rather limiting, hindering adoption, IMHO.

P3 attys sell really well as it is, probably because there are so few options, but I also like to think it's because the Kabuki is a really great performer as well.

Nothing like an unbiased opinion ;)
