The SXmini has horrible battery cap threading. That's why I choose to use the USB to charge it. The rest of the mod is pretty nice though. I even got one of those second battery extension tubes. Like everyone says, it looks pretty stupid and I was embarrassed walking around with it that day.
That day....implies it was a one time use? [emoji14]

Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping

Ah, i didn't realise that, for some reason I thought it was a rolled lipo - but yes, agreed it is a great first mod. That's exactly what I found, it's really simple esp in VW mode. Perfect for the vaper who doesn't want to invest too much in getting a good setup going (i.e. not a hobbiest type of tinkering) and works well at 1.2ohm and above in kanthal mode and is nice and stealthy which can be an issue for many who need to vape at work and don't want a setup that is too bulky or screams 'look at me!'.

Before that, I used to get them the iStick30W, but now, the 40 has a bigger battery ( 2600 instead of 2200mah). And for the exact reasons you mentioned. A nice, simple MTL clearo on top (Nautilus, GS Air) and a well equipped beginner is born.

Might not be exact, but close enough for scouting.

The Mothership from Street View. Yeah, a touch of reality was needed ;)

Thanks Rod. Now I want an expensive 1924 Laurel/Seiko. I like old things, and collect them in the form of railroad lanterns, but that watch would be an awesome exception to the collection.

Sell your house, your car, your wife, your kids and you prolly still couldn't afford a real Laurel from the early 20th century.......

You actually went out of the house with The Battle Axe?

Yes. It's peace of mind knowing if I need more than 40W (and up to 150W), I have the power so-to-speak. One thing it did make me realize is that 60W with a single 18650 is NOT 60W, even with a full charge. With the second battery, 60W was MUCH stronger, and probably ACTUALLY 60W. I think ProVape made the right call when limiting the Radius to 40W.

I'm sure they do their manufacturing in another building.

The picture is deceptive. It's in a manufacturing area and all of the buildings are huge. As I said, it may not be the exact location, but it's close by. And not too far from where they used to be.

Hoping for a shipping notice tomorrow. Need to join the party.

Me too, but I'm afraid to hope. Based on posts, it looks like the demand was Black, Blue and with Cabernet a distant third. Guess who ordered Cabernet? I expect they'll do a Blue run first so I may be waiting that 3 weeks. I guess I'll join the folks in the popcorn seats and hang out for the reviews.

Yeah, well, I installed it one morning before work, and left to take the bus to work. I was dreading the trip home, walking from work to the bus, bus to the house. Didn't do that again.

Worth mentioning, I do have two battery pairs that I won't break the set. When dealing with dual batteries, they must spend their entire lives as a matched set, never to be broken and used as a single, or they're both singles from that day forward. Something to keep in mind should ProVape ever come out with the Radius²

I figured as much. Should I ever win the lottery however, I saved those photos in my watch folder!
