JWraps have 3 models of cup holders for the Radius...
1 22mm opening, 1 30mm opening, or a 2 22mm opening models.

PS I got the 2 22mm opening model. (changed from the 1 22mm opening model)
I'm at work but my girlfriends brother was meant to be in to collect it I can only assume that he popped out or didn't hear the knocking and yeah apparently ups don't deliver Saturday so Monday it is I've redirected it to work so I will definitely be able to collect it then just hate waiting for parcels don't they understand how important Vape Mail is

I would contact UPS and arrange to pick up the package at the depot tonight. I've done this multiple times when the driver wouldn't leave the package at my door.
I attempted that it wasn't a option when I rang he said my only choice was redelivery or change delivery address its rubbish news but I've got a busy weekend so hopefully it should fly
Well it's a sad day for me
Mine has flaked out on me. I took it off charge and it wouldn't fire. Left it for a bit and it fired except the screen was blank, left it some more and the screen came back on again, but now the + and - light up every time I press the fire button. Looks like a trip to the mothership is in order.
It's going to end up being an expensive purchase, I've already been hit by customs and now I've got to pay return shipping. The worst of it is I'm going to miss the Radius while it's away, I've enjoyed using it since I've had it.

Before you open a ticket with Provape, remove the battery from your Radius and then reinsert it and see if that get's her back up and running. If that does nothing, open a ticket and Provape will amaze you with their customer service.
I've already tried that. Ticket opened so everything should get sorted. It's a bit of weird glitch though, it's not like it died on me or anything so I'm guessing its a software issue.

Also, I am no expert when it comes to international shipping, But won't ProVape pick up the freight charges?
