USMCotaku - just replying to this post to catch your attention, I can't dig through all your post on your profile to find the resolution to your issue with the battery meter. Other than you sent it back at some point. What was the final verdict?

After shipping snafus (I didn't realize I had to sign for it, though yes, they state that on the ordering page) I just got mine a few days ago. Had to have someone pick it up at the post office for me and hold it for several weeks. that was just awesome. Now, I have noticed that a full charge will instantly drop to about 25% after 2 puffs. I get through maybe 1 or 2 tanks and it dies (no warning) and the battery meter constantly jumps between barely a sliver to that (roughly) 25% mark. When it dies the meter reads fully empty and when I plug it in it won't charge or fire. I have to remove the battery to reset it (and it jumps up to that magic 25% again). Also the ohm reader sticks at whatever the atomizer was at when it hit "empty" even if I remove the tank. Removing the battery clears that too though.

I got it plugged in right now and am back on the 50w istick. I flashed the firmware (came with v. 16, I found v. 18 on the site) and I will see how it does. But if sending it back is the only option I am hoping it's not to late for a full return/refund. I wanted to return it over the shipping fiasco but luckily had a volunteer so I changed my mind. Starting to wish I hadn't.
When i opened the ticket, they immediately sent a replacement, and i returned the first one once the replacement arrived. The replacent unit works great

Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping.

Ohhhhhhh I want a Radius this color!!!!!!!!

Sorry :(, it's not the shade of blue. Others may see it differently, but to me it looks close to what is called "aegean" on this chart. It looks almost black in low light.

I have to say first that there was no shipping fiasco and to say there was implies wrong doing on provapes part and the several weeks comment has to be wrong. I can see several days but not several weeks. They haven't been out that long so I think you mis spoke.

As for your battery issue, there have been reports of a bug that caused batt errors that was fixed in FW 18. However it also sounds like a possible dud batt. If you have another charger try using it to charge the batt verifying volts before and after. Also if you have another18650 available try a different batt and see if it still happens. Contact provape as well as they might have other ideas to check. They will take care of your issues, especially if it is a device failure because they want those in the engineers hands for analysis asap.
