I'm trying to computer this. If you didn't cancel your order, wouldn't you have gotten it sooner than if you canceled the order and ordered it later, even if the later order came in 3 days?
Mine was ordered on the 29th, I think I gave them 10 days...

This has already been discussed, but everyone who received their Radius should download the software update package from the ProVape site and update their Radii. @DonnyX , if I recall correctly, someone had a similar issue with the menu and it was resolved via a software update. In fact, ProVape even references that the purpose of the latest software update is to remedy the error with the display not turning on. Still a no go. I opened a ticket so we'll see what happens seems like somethings wrong with the board.

FYI...

I just now cancelled my vape cup order from JWraps too.

I mean come on, I ordered it on 10/29.

Talk about a let down!!!

I ordered a Radius and a Kabuki on 10/28. I got them on 11/11. For all I know it might have the Kabuki that caused the delay. In any case, while It took a long time compared to other orders I've placed with ProVape, but I have mine and you don't. :pervy:

ETA: Ooops! Sorry, I thought you meant the Radius order.

I also placed my order on 10/28, but didn't get my shipping confirmation until 11/11. It's definitely the Radius that was backordered.

Or updated. Mine came with the latest firmware/software/whatever it is.
