Yes I think so whatever they send me I'll be happy. I'm sure it's probably going to be another white radius

The white is by far my favourite, I blooming well love it, great choice! I should have mine next week sometime, fingers crossed :nun:

Provapes customer service is epic, shame all companies aren't like them, I know I'd have a lot more mods if they were!
I'm often put off buying new mods due to issues they have and knowing it would be hassle getting them sorted if I got a dud, vaporshark & vapor flask come to mind!

So true. I have enough problems in my life lately with my health and all so not having to play the return game and all the games some of these company's play is definitely a plus.

Here is a great reason why Provape is a great company. Just unbelievable customer service.

Blake, Nov 16, 3:04 PM:
I am incredibly sorry to hear that your new Radius is having a problem with its display, Donny!

We do try to have a perfect product, but sometimes a component will fail after it ships out. I am going to send you a new Radius right away so you will have a brand new working Radius very soon. I'll also include a prepaid shipping label attached in this email for you to return the faulty one as well as an RMA form. If you don't mind filling out the RMA form, print it and include it with the return I would greatly appreciate it. The RMA number to use on that is XXXXX.

I cannot apologize enough for this happening, but I will have you fixed up in no time. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, be sure to let me know!

Take care,
Blake

Just got home, went straight to the mailbox, took out the package with the Kabuki P3, primed the coil, filled up the tank and proceeded to have what is probably the most flavorful vape I've had yet. Seriously, the flavor is absolutely out of this world. I thought the Russian 91% had incredible flavor production (which it does), but the Kabuki blows it out of the water. The Milkman, one of my favorite e-liquids, never tasted this good.

Here's my only complaint - the tank size! I easily go through about 4-5ml a day and, based on reviews, the Kabuki has an approximate capacity of 3.5ml. Does anyone know if I can get a bigger glass section?

No...

But you could get a belt holster for a 30ml bottle of juice!

There aren't many companies that can earn a customer for life through experiences with a defective product. Provape is one of them. They treated me the same way, and earned my respect and my future business.

Wait!

They're costing me money!

Now I have to have a Ti Stealth P3 and maybe the Anti-Stealth Radius (GW)! Sigh...

Here's to hoping that a more capacious glass replacement comes out sometime in the future. I'll be the first in line to buy it. I've been chainvaping this thing since I got home. It completely lived up to the hype and then some.

Totally agree!
Going by the amount of Radius that have had issues within this thread, I'm guessing the 0.5% returns claim cannot be attached to the Radius.

Being their first box mod there were bound to be some teething issues, as long as Provape sort them out nice and quick and leave the customers happy it's acceptable.

Yeah, Im currently chatting with Blake regarding some repairs and he is a top bloke, very helpful indeed.

Glad it's sorted so quick mate, you will have your new one in no time! Are you sticking with white?
Sadly I agree...

How would bigger glass fit?

They will send you the exact color you bought. They're smart. They keep records of such things!

AG, I'm so glad to see you got it and you like it. I've been singing the Kabuki Anthem, since I got one and now I have two. On the tank size, I too was surprised it only holds 3.5 ml. Zen actually explained why. And since you're loving the flavor, he made the tank the exact size it should be to provide the best flavor production. If he had made it larger, it would compromise flavor. So do what I do now. Take extra juice with you and add when you need it. I wouldn't want to change anything that could adversely effect flavor as I'm sure now that you've found out why it's so great, you wouldn't want to either.

My only experience with customer service was when I was using the old "pass-thru" that they made some time back. It came with a broken wire in it and it wouldn't work. I put the ticket in, within hours, they were in contact and suggested a couple of things that did not work. Presto-changeo they sent me a new one without any hesitation. I was impressed.

It wouldn't, so don't even try. The chimney wouldn't work if the tank was larger and all you'd get would be juice all over the place and no vapor production.

That was exactly my thinking - plus, the glass couldn't be wider without redesigning the base and cap, which would make it hang over the edge. Perhaps he means the glass being wider than the base like a bubble?

But you see, we have already begged for a larger tank...

And were told it would ruin what it is.

So, will that juice holster be leather or vinyl?

Initially, I was going to suggest a longer glass, but didn't take into consideration the chimney length, as pointed out by rb. Scratch that idea!

Excellent point.

I guess I'll have to carry the juice with me! Oh well, still more ergonomic than carrying a pack of stinkies!

A teeny tiny price to pay to carry a little flavor monster like the Kabuki!
