maybe a temp controlled bottom feeder dual 18650 does 0-150w
Oh I hope not, I would never buy that... And I seriously doubt ProVape would even entertain making that...
For what it's worth,
vaping has fragmented in the past year or so, and there are two pretty well defined paths for a vaper to travel. Path one is the original, "old school" path of "lets get off the cigarettes, and stay away from them for the rest of our lives". Companies like ProVape started on that path and have stayed steadfast to that goal... in my opinion they are the premier vendor on that path. Nobody even comes close, actually.
Path Two is more
vaping hobby related. It's where high power, rebuilding, cloud and trick contests live. Sure, it's getting people off of smoking as well, but it's also where some users find themselves because vaping in this area can be fun, and stylish, and let's face it... Competitive both in the devices and in what you can do with them.
For me... I don't want to smoke. I want devices that are solid and reliable, that don't push any limits because as limits are pushed reliability goes out the window. When you're on the "quit smoking" path... reliability is paramount.
IF you need or want high power in the 50+ watt range for your vaping situation, I think it's a pretty safe bet that any company that is dedicated to manufacturing products for people on "Path One" is not going to make what you're looking for. This doesn't mean they are behind the times or outdated, it means they clearly understand who their target audience is, and how to best serve them.
I would be shocked to see a dual battery temp controlled 150 watt mod from ProVape. It would be completely out of character, in my opinion. They have been consistent in their market position of making the safest, most reliable devices on the market, for people that are using the products to remain smoke free.
I'm anxious to see the Radius... at this point from the pictures I can clearly see a new Mod revealing itself... what are the specs? We will find out... Would I venture a guess? No, but if it's wasting a bunch of energy by chasing the high wattage game, I'll actually be disappointed that ProVape has strayed from the path that they have worked so hard to define, and where they are the clear-cut leader.
I'm excited to find out what this will be!
