I am so excited. My wife said I can order mine tomorrow.

You're going to love the Radius. It's such a pleasure to use, especially when paired with a Kabuki, my other mods are collecting dust. My main issue is that I started vaping more after I got it, which resulted in spending more money on juice. It really is an extremely enjoyable vape.

Well I hope not cause I already go through way too much liquid. I was a chain smoker and now I am a chain vaper. lol

You've been so patient, so know we're ALL excited for you! Yes we are! What color are you getting?

at first I wanted the blue cause that is my favorite color, but the more I thought about it I also have ocd and I would go crazy with things not matching so I am going to go black. if at any time I am able to get a second one I will get blue then. I am hoping maybe next year there will be some in the classy ads and I will be able to get another one. That would just be icing on the cake for me. Now I will be able to get rid of these old beat up sharks I use. I love my 2.5's that I have, but needed the smaller box for work. Now I can have a provape box and life will be good.

I have not even ordered it yet and I already want to hit the tracking button on my phone. I just cant wait.

@Vape360 ... uh oh! I've been following this thread since the beginning and don't remember running into this problem. I just opened a case on the Provape ZenDesk. Here's the issue.

There is a red LED constantly on (not the button 'lighting up' that can be seen 'through/above' the top of the fire button.

The Radius is still working other wise and fires the atomizer. The fire button and up/down light up as normal. The menu is accessible and useable. I removed the battery. Obviously the red LED went out. Re-insert the battery and the red LED comes back on. I tried shutting off the display/buttons. The red LED continues to shine. The battery gauge shows about 3/4 charge. The battery measured at 3.88 volts when checked. The firmware is Ver 18.

This is my wife's Cabernet Radius and she's upset but is quite confident it will all work out. Luckily even with the problem its usable. Now she wants her blue one to ship fast as she's not looking forward to being without a Radius and I'm not so sure I'm such a loving husband to give her my Onyx.

Hi Mike,

If you plug in the charging cable then remove it, does the LED go off?

If not, contact us and we can take a look at it.

The Sacred Text of Manual

Chapter one

Verse three

You may wish to start your vigil immediately. Now is the time of fasting and waiting. You shall not sleep; you shall not eat, as it might maketh you sleepy; you must at all times have a clear view of the Mail of Vape receptacle, least the postal carriage slip by unnoticed. Chasing said carriage and screaming unintelligibly in the ProVarinati tongue of pseudo-EngLatin is acceptable. Weeping is allowed, but only after the Sacred ProVari is in your hands and the tears are of gratitude. Bursting into tears because the tracking number hasn't updated in 3 hours is considered impudent.

Uh oh! Just got the following from Provape support. Great support, less than an hour from opening the case.

Yes the light went out when I plugged it into the charger. Now what ... Blake is setting up to ship me another one. I'd probably feel better w/ a replacement ... but I'm also Ok to just keep this one if your confident the problem won't occur again.

=================================================================

Oh no, Mike! This is a strange one indeed!

I'm going to send you out a brand new one as quickly as possible. We've already had our last mail pickup of the day, so I'll get this out for you first thing tomorrow. I'll also include a printed prepaid shipping label and RMA form along with the replacement Radius so you can send the faulty one back once the replacement arrives. Luckily you are able to use your Radius while you the new one is en route :)

We really try to have a perfect product, but there are times when a component will fail. I know that our engineers will want to see what exactly is going on!

You should be fixed up in no time, but if you need anything else in the meantime be sure to let me know.

Hanging out in the ProVape forum and reading posts for hours also causes one to vape more.
